Beautiful grounds and lovely spacious room with a fridge. Water provided daily. Great location within two min walk of 7-11 and eating places, but quiet. Good breakfasts.

Everything was pretty good. Wifi could have been stronger in the unit we were in, and the shower was just warm enough, but the goods definitely outweighed these minor inconveniences.

We arrived in pak chong by train and took the songteaw (blue bus/truck) that you can get near the market direct to the hotel for only 40 to 50 baht each as opposed to 400 baht for a taxi. The journey takes around 30 minutes. Our room was large with a super comfortable bed. Had excellent WiFi too The breakfast was good - toast. Cereal, fruit, yoghurt, and cooked breakfast were available each morning. There's plenty of restaurants to eat at and it's only 20 min ride to the entrance of khao yai National Park. We visited the park with a guide and would recommend doing this as we saw lots of wildlife due to their knowledge of where best to see these. .

The only thing we would mention is that we could hear our neighbours in the next room talking

This cottage was fantastic for a family. It had two separate bedrooms and two full bathrooms, so much space for our family of four. You had to walk through the kids room to reach the adult bedroom, but that wasn't a problem for us. The adult room could also be accessed from the front porch in case we didn't want to walk through the kids room. The property was very pretty and peaceful, but just a few steps away from the main road with food and markets available. Breakfast was great, one of the best of our trip. We were very happy to stay here, highly recommend it.

The house is big and comfort. Check in was smooth and easy although the staff doesnt speak much English except for the lady owner. Breakfast was nice and taste great. My kids love the bottle milk and yoghurt. They have lots of space for kids running around, a big yard to play. Parking also easy. Location is nice as well, near to attractions, night market and 7-11

The place a bit old and as it's in a big garden, there would be mosquitoes and bugs.

Everything was so nicely presented, huge space and super tidy/clean. The staff were super friendly, cooked up a super speedy breakfast that was included in the price and they washed and folded our clothes when we left it out for them. Hospitality was the best!

Only thing I can say is the shower could have been a bit better but it wasn’t much of a problem

Tucked away little spot just off the main road. Nice clean room. Good aircon. Nice little communal garden out the front. Good value for money. Owner speaks good English.

Nothing really. There was no evening catering on-site in June (low season) but there is a nice restaurant a 5 minute walk away so no problem.

Breakfast - Value for money. Served 'continental' breakfast with meat, eggs, fruits, yogurt, bread, scones, beverages etc. And rice soup with meat. Room is spacious and comfortable. Location: Very good. Launderette, restaurants, convenience stores, night market, hardware shop, all within walking distance.

Mosquitoes - In the evenings, it is better to stay indoors. Rooms are fixed with mosquito screens and/or sliding door.

Good location as it is close to Khao Yai National Park. Beds were very comfy. Fridge is a nice touch. Breakfasts are good. Having two bedrooms was nice. Clean.

While the breakfasts were good, the offerings are limited. Still, everything was clean and tasty.

Beautiful cottages surrounded by nature, near the entrance of Kui Buri National Park! The room was great, clean and very spacious. There were all the services that we needed, since the room had a kettle, free bottles of water, minifridge, air conditioning and mosquito net to keep out all the insects. The included breakfast was amazing, with bacon and eggs, toast and fresh fruit! And if you need, just across the street from the hotel, there is a 7eleven and a street market where you can grab something to eat.

Just a member of the staff spoke English, however we managed to comunicate with the others too. When we arrived there was no running water in our room, but we told the staff while we headed to the national park and when we came back the problem was solved, great work!

Modern rooms in a lovely garden setting. Staff were very helpful arranging taxis to the NP (500 BHT one way) and a taxi to Nang Rong (2800 BHT). Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Overall a very good place to stay nearish to the NP.
