Warm welcome, starting from the very friendly security guard and front desk. The room was better and bigger than the pictures. The pool was especially unique. Food in the restaurant was probably the best we had during our 4-day trip in the Khao Yai area, and breakfast was very good, especially considering the relatively small size of the hotel. Beds were very comfortable, including pillow menu.

The TV had the potential to be a smart TV (with YouTube and casting functionality), but it didn't really work. The tablet in the room to order things (e.g. room cleaning, changing linen) also had potential to simplify things - but it ended up causing more confusion. The 'do not disturb' and 'please clean room' lights outside the rooms are a nice idea, but in reailty are hard to see in the sunlight. But overall these are really minor things we noticed - it was a top hotel.

This place is a fantastic base to explore Khao Yai National Park as it's only a 15 minute drive to the entrance. The rooms are very clean and well equipped. They're completed to a really high standard and are also very well sized. The pool is absolutely stunning and great swimming with the glass bottom pointing down to the small bar area. The staff are very nice and really helpful too. Great hotel and good value for money for the quality and location.

There really isn't much bad to say about this place at all to be honest. The vegan options are breakfast were extremely limited, which was a real shame. Some of the other hotels we stayed in during our trip did put in a little more effort, such as making some scrambled tofu for us. We really only had toast/jam and fruit available.

Everything was great. Check-in was great. Upgrade was very kind and much appreciated. Staff was excellent. Room was outstanding. Exceeded our expectations. We would have booked another night but we guessed the resort would be very busy and the special deal we received on a week night would not be extended again for a weekend night.

The only negative was the "maid will check your room for [security reasons]" when we checked out; as we have not encountered this in many years at a high-end property. In fact, I cannot remember the last time we encountered this at check-out; but never-mind; we loved our stay.

This hotel has interesting architecture and is very modern, with lovely designs and details. For example, the pool on a higher level has a glass bottom, so you can see the bar lounge downstairs (vice versa). Love the breakfast, they offer sparkling wine (prosecco), amongst other drinks that you can order ala carte as part of the buffet (eg. Thai milk tea latte, coffee mocha etc... with oatmilk if you're lactose intolerant). They also do poached eggs very well... They offer as well complimentary coffee/tea break (which includes beverage with some finger food snacks). The mini-bar is also fully complimentary (or already costed into the room rates) offering drinks in the fridge and some chips and nuts. The premises is well staffed, but language issue remains with a few limited staff able to speak English. For Valentine's day, the hotel offers a small gift (candle in a glass jar) to commemorate the occasion.

The bath tub takes a really long time to fill up... and temperature is not exactly stable. Otherwise, it is still a nice hotel to stay. Location wise is probably the quieter area of KhaoYai.

Very new, resort style with very spacious living area and bedroom open concept. There’s a balcony to sit outside to chill too. Toilets and shower were great too. Came with room slippers and also slippers for outdoors. Breakfast was good as u can order from the ala carte menu in addition to the buffet spread. There’s free afternoon tea everyday too but it’s weird that both of us had to share one piece of pastry eg one scone for both of us to share, one croissant to share etc Has an infinity pool and also nightly BBQ for a price. Bed is 2 super single joined together so it’s really big and pillows were excellent.

Nil except u need to arrange your transportation as it’s not that within walking distance to places in Khao Yai.

An exceptional hotel that exceeded every expectation. The spacious, impeccably designed room flooded with natural light offered a serene ambiance complemented by beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The inclusion of afternoon high tea and a cocktail hour hosted by management added a delightful touch to our stay. The service was nothing short of outstanding - attentive, friendly staff members ensured every need was met. The proximity to the National Park made exploring the area effortless. Furthermore Khun Suttiphot's personal attention and gesture of a complimentary ride to the train station showcased the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Let me not forget the sensational swimming pool - perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures or simply soaking in the tranquillity of the surroundings. In summary faultless would be an understatement this hotel!

We only stayed for 2 nights

We had an incident with the pipe bursting in our toilet and pouring water out. But the staff were so responsive in getting it fixed within 20 mins and without asking had the housekeeping standing by to come and clean up immediately after the repairs were done. We understand these things happen, but their responsiveness really made all the difference. Other than that the villa we stayed in was comfortable, spacious and quiet. Would definitely go back again!

On our trip, this was the sixth hotel we stayed in and this is the best hotel we have ever been to! The design of the hotel and its rooms is very stylish and modern, while everything is very comfortable. And the stunning “floating” pool will not leave you indifferent. There are also very good breakfasts with a wide selection of dishes with a separate menu. During our stay, the hotel organized a Halloween party for its guests and it was a very pleasant surprise. General Manager James and his team created an amazing holiday for us. Guys, you are the best!

The design is exquisitely minimalist Scandinavian and beautifully maintained, including the gardens. The staff are absolutely delightful and the Thai food in the restaurant is delicious

The hotel is brand new. The room is big and sparklingly clean with a nice smell. It has every facilities we need. All the minibar is free which is a lot. The bed was so comfy. They have free afternoon tea and free flow bar in the afternoon which was lovely. The location is convenient on the main street but it is still quiet inside. Really love this place.
