The front desk staff is very friendly and polite. We enjoyed every interaction with them. We came by car so the on-premise hotel parking came in handy, so that was also a plus. Other than that, I would say there is nothing extraordinarily good or bad about the hotel. It's a little bit dated, but it's overall clean and functional. It's a basic hotel. The beds are very soft - that might be someone's preference or not. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The rooms and elevators are a little bit dated but everything is functional and operational really no complaints. The hairdryer in our bathroom was past its prime.

I was more than pleasantly surprised at how helpful and attentive the staff were in all parts of the hotel, with the bar and restaurant manager being particularly professional. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel which is also handy for downtown Barcelona and the local, big shopping centre. I liked the breakfast (partner not so keen but he likes a full English)..freshly squeezed orange juice was a big plus. Everyone seems to work well as a team and the hotel is very clean, and an early check-in was allowed because the rooms had been turned over in good time. Would definitely return if we have cause to come to Barcelona.

There wasn't really anything

The room was big and very comforrable. The location was perfect, within close proximity of shopping area, 5 - 8 minute walk to the Sabadell Nord train station, Taxi rank outside the hotel 25- 30 minutes by taxi to the city centre, great restaurants close by, bars and fitness clubs. The staff are very polite friendly, helpful efficient and at the same time very professional. Thank you for for a wonderful stay.

The room can be noisy when there are festivals and parades

I was unfortunate to stay at the time the fun fare was located across and just down the street from the hotel. The noise was extremely load until 2 in the morning, with thumping music and screaming revellers. The road on which the hotel was located had barriers preventing traffic access and getting to and from the hotel’s underground parking was awkward to say the least. It would have been nice to have been forewarned by the hotel, but I wasn’t. It rather spoilt an otherwise nice stay. It probably only happens once a year, but it happened for my stay.

Staff where all good ,very clean

The breakfast cooked buffet was very poor, the scrambled eggs looked and tasted like they was there for hours ,the bacon was like wood the Sausages where cold ,the selection was very limited to 4 items very poor considering is 15 euro per head

Receptionist was super helpful with dining suggestions. Friendly and professional young lady. The room was cozy & clean with a large complimentary glass bottle of water (yum!). I thought this hotel was closer to the airport than it really was, that’s why I booked it, but it was a 75 euro taxi ride to the airport, so not close at all. The hotel location itself seems nice. Close to several dining spots and a mall. Overall, a great place for lodging at an affordable rate.

Is a great hotel by the area, I like the bed, blankets, the space and the attention.

It is far from Barcelona, train take 1 hour then walk around 20 min. The frond desk maybe could identify better tourists and provide better suggestions specially about transportation.

Breakfast was excellent, great choices. The restaurant was also very good for evening meals.

The insulation between the rooms was not very good, especially between ajoining bathrooms, you could hear when the next rooms bathroom was being used.

Lovely hotel. Check-in was quick and the room was renovated according to our request. We also had a recommendation before arrival. It was fulfilled. The bathroom is suitable for those who use water after defecation

The price would have been good if breakfast was included The hotel parking lot is very expensive, and I had to use the public parking lot, so I got up every day early to pay the fees

We were travelling with our small dog and the hotel had the room prepared. Staff were very friendly and helpful at both reception and at breakfast.

The underground parking garage between levels 1 and 2 is very narrow with wide pillars. We had a large car and had to be extremely careful when entering and leaving. Otherwise it was fine and it was great to see charging points for electric vehicles there.
