I really enjoyed my stay! I was on the first floor, which I loved because of the lovely garden view — peaceful, with a touch of nature. Everything in the room worked perfectly. The room cleaning service was polite and efficient, and the reception staff were also very friendly and helpful. I used the gym three times during my stay — it wasn’t huge, but it had enough equipment for a good workout.

The only downside was that we had a double bed instead of a king-size, so make sure to double-check your booking details if bed size matters to you.

The hotel is very modern and clean. Breakfast is very good and the coffee at the bar was great! We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment with a little kitchen. It was perfect for us and excellent value for money. The staff are very nice and helpful. It is an easy 10-minute walk to the train station to go into Barcelona and it takes about 25 minutes to get there. There is also a Lidl supermarket halfway between the station and the hotel, which is very practical. The area was a bit run-down and industrial, but it was very safe to walk around.

The hotel is located in a quiet zone on the outskirts of Barcelona. We really appreciated the hotel was very peaceful and quiet and the same for the neighbourhood. Also the fact that the hotel is within 15 minutes of walking distance from the train station is very nice. The train works very well and you can catch one to the center of Barcelona every 15 minutes. It takes approximately 40 minutes to reach the city center. Around the hotel you can find good restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The hotel room was fantastic. We had a studio with two rooms and a kitchenette. It had a lot of space and comfort. We found the beds very comfortable and were very happy with the kitchenette. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast at the hotel was fantastic. All in all a fantastic hotel with everything you need. We are glad we booked our room in this hotel and not in the city center which would have been too busy for us.

The only thing we missed (being Dutch and English) was a bottle of water and a(n) electric kettle in the kitchen for a cup of tea or coffee. We arrived late on our first night and there was no water we could drink (the water from the tab is not drinkable) and no kettle to boil water with for a cup of tea. The restaurant area closes after breakfast so we had to buy a bottle of water at the reception. The next day we bought a kettle in a nearby shop. My suggestion would be to have a bottle of water, a kettle in the room with some teabags and instant coffee for late arrivals.

Nice clean appartement with 2 bedrooms, 1 has a double sized bed, the other bedroom has a 1 person sized bed. The living room had a couch and a comfort seat. Television with plenty of channels, very fast FREE wifi connection (speedtest 500mb+) and stable Furthermore there was a kitchen which could be closed off in the living room by dividing doors. There was everything you needed. A Microwave, an Oven, a bread toaster, stove, dishwasher and glasses. Dishes and knives and forks and so on. The bathroom was rather large equipped with a washing machine a toilet and bidet. A shower/bathtub combination with a glass wall. Overall a very pleasant experience, I would book this appartement again in the future! 10/10! Personell also very friendly and 24h service.

The only minor thing was that the ventilation in the bathroom wasn't working so it got quite moist after showering. But leaving the door open and opening a window fixed that perfectly. No complaints whatsoever 👌🏻

Helpful staff and the room size was good. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. Around 1Km from the train station which can take you to center of Barcelona in 30-35 minutes. The train frequency is every 15 minutes.

Little far from Barcelona so best option is train as cabs can be quite expensive. Poor connectivity to train station by bus. So if you can walk to station it is not much of a hassle buy we had a family member having difficulty in walking so every time had to book a cab to reach to station and back.

What Went Well: Sercotel is ideally located, offering great convenience for exploring the surrounding area. The staff provided exceptional service, with special recognition to Tamara, who handled both my check-in and check-out with outstanding professionalism. The hotel offers a gym, which is a valuable amenity, and the overall ambiance is serene and quiet, contributing to a very restful stay.

**Areas for Improvement:** Upon arriving in my room, I discovered that no body shampoo or hair shampoo was provided, which was rather inconvenient. Additionally, the lighting in the room is quite dim, making it difficult to read in the evening. Addressing these issues would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

Had a positive experience. The room was very spacious with beautiful lighting, and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Everything was functional, and the shower was great with all necessary toiletries.

However, there were some issues. The night duty staff struggled to communicate in English, although they tried their best to be helpful. I also experienced electricity problems, including load shedding, which caused our air conditioning to malfunction and made for a sleepless night. Furthermore, when I tried to book an extra night, I found that most rooms were booked and the price had more than doubled.

The two bedroom apartment is a great option if you have kids and want a little more privacy. The kitchen had what you needed to do some basic cooking in it. The bathroom was a bit dated but clean and large. All around a comfortable stay just about a 30 minute drive into the city.

There was a washing machine but no detergent. There was also no dishwashing liquid or sponges. If a person was planning on staying for longer than a day or so, those things would be really nice to have. There was no coffee machine or kettle.

Room was spacious and clean, hotel is very well located to the train station that provides a very easy access to Barcelona. Breakfast was amazing and there was a great selection of local delicacies. Staff was friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend considering this place if you are planning to visit Barcelona and you don't feel like staying in the city itself.

The apartment was big and comfortable. Was nicely arranged and had many items to make a comfortable stay. The main room was very comfortable. The second room a bit small but nice, with two separate beds. Staff was very nice and helpful. Location is not bad. Is a 10 minute walk to the train station, which is convenient. It took about 30 minutes to get to Barcelona. You can park for free in the streets nearby but is hard to find a free spot.

There was not coffee machine in the apartment. Would have been nice to have one.
