The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to the city center, which is incredibly convenient. The vibe is something else, the staff's uniforms are uniquely designed, adding a touch of elegance and distinctiveness to the hotel's ambiance, they are super friendly, they clean the room twice a day, The housekeeping was exceptional; the room was always spotless.

While the hotel's location is somewhat removed from the city center, the tranquil setting and complimentary shuttle service more than make up for the distance. The breakfast selection, while not very varied, consistently offers fresh and tasty options each morning.

The room is incredibly confortable. Best ever breakfast in life. Great food at the restaurant, good swimming pool.

When we arrived we received a very pleasant welcome from Alejando who made the whole welcome experience a joy. He explained everything about the property and some options he could open for us to make our experience at the property even better, (Red Level). We would highly recommend this upgrade. While the hotel is a little out of the city the team here run a shuttle several times a day into the city which is great and free for hotel guests. The property itself is modern, clean and very comfortable but it’s the staff here that make the difference. The entire team did everything they could to make our stay a very positive experience and it is one we won’t forget and we would highly recommend this property as a great place to stay and thank Alejando for all his help during our stay.

The hotel was everything that we expected and more. From the moment we arrived, Irene, the front of house host was fantastic and told us everything we needed to know. We arrived early thinking we couldn’t check in until 3pm and were told that our room was ready for us. Which was a great start to the holiday. The rooms were extremely clean and of a great size for a couple, and the hotel grounds were fantastic. They’ve recently updated the pool area, so there’s no muddy surroundings. It has been covered with artificial grass which, in my opinion, is a good additional feature as it’s no longer an eyesore for guests. The pool is also a decent size and wasn’t over crowded. All members of staff we come into contact with were extremely helpful and lastly, the decor of the interior is beautiful.

I didn’t like that the pool area that is advertised on the website was an additional cost of €75 per person, the only benefit is that you could spend the €75 on food and beverages. It is one of the main reasons people book the hotel, as it’s one of the 1st pictures you see. To have to pay extra to visit, leaves an option of a negative opinion of the hotel. They would possibly make more money if they opened it up to everyone and sold food separately. Also the rooftop, adult only pool was shut for maintenance which was disappointing.

The hotel was modern and clean with easy parking

Breakfast needs massive improvement. They should provide atleast two litres of free water in the room instead of 500 ml only.

The hotel is realy nice ! Room are quite big , we were a family with 2 kids and the twin room was perfect for a 4 night stay ! Breakfast was delicious with all the Spanish specialties!! Even the check in starts at 15 , they gave us the room when we arrived at the hotel at 10 am . And something that I really appreciated was the fact that they allowed us to have breakfast in the first day because we left realy early in the last day! We used the shuttle to the city center , the metro line is 300 m from the hotel so is easy to reach everywhere!

Well the only thing that was a disappointment was the indoor pool! The weather was not great so we tried to spend time at the pool but the water was cold :) !

Travelled in the winter time so did not get to enjoy the pool, however the hotel is gigantic, there is lots of space and one feels very free in the premises The staff is great in terms of politeness and managing the waiting time. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was everything, beautifully decorated and fully stocked with quality toiletries. The breakfast was great, although the room where it is served was quite noisy. The subway is very close.

I feel like the staff could have been more organised, maybe because the hotel is so new. We had two complicated situations 1. we wanted to buy one of their bathrobes and we had to talk to 5 different staff members and all of them gave us different answers 2. we ordered a taxi the night before our departure and when came the time to get it, it hadn't been ordered and then once our order finally arrived, it was given to another guest The restaurant is charging really high amount for what ended up being quite average food the night I tried it.
