We have a room with harbor view, highly recommended. Location is good with parking, walking distance to everything. Easy to get out from the city. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Bed is hard. Elevators were annoying, super slow. Restaurants were located higher than the guest rooms, these were super annoying because the elevator always packed with people who going to the restaurant. When guests want to go the room with luggages are almost impossible.

Everything is good. So far nothing that my family dislikes . Keep up the good work! Thanks to the receptionist for her very kind and friendly gesture to help to book for my dinner for the last 30 mins before the restaurant last ordered at 8pm. Very appreciated.

The concierge a little stressful when 7 busses behind us and unable to commit when our luggage can be delivered to our room. This is understandable but could be in a more polite manner. Other than that, due to the overwhelming guests, the operator had open the backup lift for us to go up to our room instead of waiting and queuing behind the hundreds guest. Phew 😅

Well located near the port, scenery from my hotel room is amazing. The service crew is professional, and the lobby is nicely decorated with Halloween themed stuff, I love the piano that plays itself so much. Both 7/11 and Family mart nearby. Restaurants can also be reached in about ten minutes walk.

The soundproofing was not as good as expected, possibly there are some students or children staying too. I can hear running and laughing during my first day of stay. Overall, it's still a comfortable stay.

Friendly professional staff. The room was spacious and clean with large windows. Good water dispenser near the lift lobby.

The hotel is quite a walk from the Keelung train station, but it’s a straightforward walk along the harbour. Easy to find the hotel (tall green building). But there seems to be no other good hotel options near the station. The pool and sauna are not very well designed or maintained. Need to have proper shower facilities for guests, if not then need to provide bathrobes for guests in the room.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the staff at reception. Their friendliness was a standout feature and made me feel right at home. The rooms are a great size—very spacious—and the facilities as a whole are fantastic. It was a wonderful stay

Even though hotel is not recently built, it is extremely well maintained and offers great rooms for the stay. The in house health club and sky restaurant are nice bonuses. The staff is exemplary and will take care of any need you have. We had a great time at this hotel.

Located in the center of Keelung, the hotel was an excellent choice for my business trip. It was close to everything, bus stops, train station, supermarkets, night market, ports etc. Very comfortable.

A bit confused of the air ventilation system. Even if I turned off the air conditioner, there was still air coming out of ventilation and I couldn't stop it. The staff wasn't able to help (or didn't understand).

Service was excellent. Hotel give a warm and comfortable lobby to receive guests.

The self service laundry could have better washing and dryer as the current one are old and could not handle heavy load. Will be good if we can purchase washing Detergent from vending machine

Great location. Less than 10 mins walk to the train station. The harbour view from the hotel is just awesome.

During our period of stay, the gym was under renovation so we could not get to play table tennis which we were so looking forward to.

Really nice, got a great harbor view. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Nice staff. Free parking was part of the reason I chose it, few hotels in keelung offer this.
