Easy access, quiet

The light in the bathroom flickered and made a popping noise. There was no light over the nightstand only wires coming out of the wall. Beds were hard to get in, to high off the floor for short people, could lower them about 5-6"

I didn’t like all the dust in the bathroom vent, it made me feel the room had been neglected, but the rest was neat and clean so I’m sure it was just a missed details.

All was excellent

The continental breakfast was just what you would expect . The food was fresh and a variety of food was offered.. The 3 juice machines were full and coffee and milk were fresh. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

It would have been nice if there were a waffle maker machine .I'm 5'2 and 64 years old. The bed was at least 3'6. I had to jump to get on it. It was a very comfortable bed once I managed to get on it. My Mama has a bad knee so it wasn't easy for her either although she is taller.

Room was very clean and met our needs. However wish the room hadn't smelled of cologne. I am allergic. Location was excellent for our needs.

Room smelled of heavy cologne as if it had been spilt or heavily sprayed throughout room. I am allergic to colognes and perfumes.
