We had booked 2 rooms, It was all very well planned and convenient even though it was a contactless process, and the owner/restaurant downstairs was also very friendly. Easy convenient parking, a well-organized check-in and housekeeping system. and a coffee machine that works. It's a hassle-free nice/quaint hotel that's well-priced. I would totally recommend it

As always our overnight stay st the Achilles was a very comfortable one. On arrival we received a warm welcome from the owners and our room was spotless with a very comfortable bed and lovely en suite facilities. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and was very reasonably priced. The motorway network is only minutes away so the hotel is ideally situated.

We arrived out of restaurant hours and rang number given but had no answer. Self check in procedure should be made clearer

Public area clean tidy and modern. The room was clean tidy and modern. Looked newly renovated. Bed very comfy. The restaurant below the accommodation was lovely and good value. An ideal overnight stopover on our long journey. We would 100% stay again to break up our journey.

The view out of our window was of an old balcony that had not yet been renovated or tidied up and looked a bit of an eye sore.

Commujication was a disaster. The receptionist did not show up, we could not reach them via phone, whattsapp, sms. No answer. They key was left at the reception desk, than the hotel reported no show up. Wierd…

The hotel is conveniently located adjacent to the motorway network. On our arrival we received a warm welcome from the staff. Our room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. We ate in the restaurant at night and had an excellent meal with great service.
