Smart design, newly refurbished, modern and cozy place. Nice staff and an option for contactless check-in/out. A very good breakfast. Excellent location, right in the centre.

A bit strange thing about towels policy. I took a foot towel and put it on the floor in front of a shower cabin. Yes, I know - towels on the floor mean that the guest wants them to be changed. But come on, it was a foot towel! It naturally should be placed on the floor. Or what do you suggest - hanging it right next to the face towel, after being on the floor and drying my feet? So, they took it and the rest of the stay I had to step out of the shower very cautiously.

Pretty much exactly as expected. Check-in at the desk was easy. Spoken English was fine. Wifi speed was good. The heating worked well, very comfortable. Shower easy to figure out, worked perfectly. Bathroom clean. They provided two tea bags, two coffee pods, and two milk sachets, and a glass bottle of sparkling water. Room was clean and comfy. Beds comfy, well sized. Polite staff.

I couldn't figure out the contactless check-in or check-out, luckily staff helped. Wifi only worked on my phone, so had to use tethering to access it on my laptop. Not enough milk sachet - 4 in total (2 extra) would be the better amount. Smart TV functions didn't work, only regular television did, it wasn't connected to the wifi and the settings screen was hidden.

We liked everything about our stay.This is a very well maintained and spotless place.They accommodated us even after midnight which was the latest to check in.I had to contact them regarding our check in process (a modern electronic self check system) and they spoke to me in English and did everything to help. They accept pets and we stayed with our little pomeranian dog. We could not try the breakfast they provided as we were in a hurry but it smelled and looked amazing. As we did not request parking(they have underground allocated parking)we could not use it, but it wasn't a problem to park our car in front the hotel.

The shower floor was slippery, I would suggest a small non skid bath mat to avoid falling. Also the location of the tissue box in the bathroom, it can hit your head/face when you use the toilet seat. It should be relocated opposite its original location.😊

I prefer firmer pillows, and perhaps the breakfast could be more varied :-)

central location (even if Homburg is really small) Possiility to give money if you choose to not have your room cleaned every day (hoping that it is really trough)

Double ed was a bit too soft and placed against a wall so difficult for one of us to get in and out of the bed in the night when using the bathroom. Although it’s a dog friendly hotel, dogs are not welcome in breakfast room so we had to decline breakfast.

Clean, comfy, friendly staff and amazing breakfast. I loved the self checkin considering I arrived late.

The only thing to mention is the extra tax for heating. Strange.

Great staff (very helpful), Great location. Breakfast was great, good quality, organic products. They Serving prosciutto, Brie and grapes.

Room was very small, you have a desk and you can work but the chair is not comfortable.

Everything good staff super helpful, room was very nice, maybe a bit of traffic noise but nothing to really disturb, parking easy, Just need to remember all your codes!!!
