The property was in the heart of Tarquinia, and we found it easy to find places to eat and shops to buy the essentials. There was a gelato place just a couple steps away that my boyfriend and I frequently went to during our stay. The bus stop was around the corner too, which allowed us to travel to and from the train station to visit other places like Rome. The host was very kind and accommodating, and helped us with navigating around the city. It was our first holiday as a couple and we have fallen in love with the hidden gem that is Tarquinia, we hope to visit again in the future, and when we do we will definitely book this property!

I think there is a school beside the property, and so during the weekdays you can hear the children early in the morning. It did not affect us personally, but it may for those who want to spend a holiday relaxing in their room all day.

I liked this B&B a lot! I was traveling with my husband and son, and we booked a room for three. And it was huge, and so well furnished and devorated! The form of the room is very unusual and comfortable. Everyone had a place to be private. The kitchenette is nice and very well equipped. The hosts left a lot of food, and even welcoming cake! We stayed just one night, and I would have stayed for longer. Tarquinia is a wonderful place, nice and calm according to its name, and this b&b is in the most convenient place of the city, close to the museum, great gelateria and bus station. I really think it is a gem, and would like to come back

Honestly, I haven't found anything bad

The building is located inside the old city a short walk from the Archeological museum. The room was small, but comfortable. the shared kitchen was well equipped to prepare a simple breakfast of pastry and coffee. There is a good Cafe/gelateria about 5 minutes away. Restaurants are nearby for lunch or dinner. Directions from the host to find the building and check-in were excellent.

The room was so special. It was a great location that was easy to get to once we figured out where it was located. Having been in the town before I knew where the museum was but had to ask several friendly people where to go from there. Enjoyed the air conditioning, the large room, and the treats available in the kitchen. Highly recommend!

Arrived by train. Had some difficulty figuring out when and where the city bus would arrive. The only communication we received was the day before in Italian. We couldn't figure out how to get into the keyless door without asking someone on the street to read the correspondence. Then, we didn't know which room we were supposed to be in. From my reservation we figured out #2. Needed some assistance in obtaining a taxi for the next day. Had hoped to have someone there to assist us.

Everything was perfect. I went for a relaxing weekend and to see the sights. It was perfect. All the breakfast was available in the apartment I had. There was cold water in the fridge when I arrived. The bed was comfortable, although I would have preferred a sheet between the comfort and fitted sheet.
