Location was perfect! Loved being near the airport and supermarkets and dive sites!

I hate the 2-bed situation and the beds have foam mattresses and weird pillows. My neck and back and shoulders were in pain as a result. The beds separated if we tried to sleep close to each other. Next year I will strap the 2 beds together at the legs and put an extra sheet to eliminate the space so I don’t end up on the floor between the beds. Also, none of the 2 bedroom apartments have it so BOTH bedrooms have bathrooms INSIDE the bedroom. And the one bedroom that does have a bathroom inside it, does NOT have a door. So when u REALLY want privacy, you have to kick the other person out. I don’t know why a bathroom has no door. That is strange. Only a short wall separates a person sleeping from a person “going” in the middle of the night.

very few things actually included in the room (no soap, shampoo, hand soap, basic cooking supplies like salt and pepper, etc). also the room wasn’t cleaned at all in the entire week i was there.

The front desk was helpful, and the check-in/out was very smooth. Nice pool. Bar next to the pool had a wonderful bartender. Will stay here again.

Housekeeping didn't clean the room. Just change the dirty towels to clean towels. Didn't set spare toilet paper, either. Fix this, and the resort is amazing.

Would prefer a real double or queen bed instead of 2 singles pushed together. Internet can be spotty at certain times of the day. Parking is tight in the evenings

I liked how close it was to everything and the apartment style accommodations.

I didn’t like that our sheets weren’t changed the entire time we were there. I didn’t like that there weren’t any wash cloths or toiletries. I also didn’t like that you had to play housekeeping at the end of your stay.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable apartment. Pool area is great. The food is very good and prices are very reasonable.

There was a leak in the sink, so the living room area got all wet. It took a while for the staff to fix it.

It is perfect location for us we spent all our time at Jibe City.

Sometimes it was hard to find a parking spot, a couple days we were parking outside of the resort.

Parking is a challange everyday. As a couple we did not like the single beds. Even if they are single beds, there are ways to make them feel like king size beds. Pool time being 0700 - 1900

The resort is quite nice, doesn't feel overwhelmingly busy, even though they have quite few apartments around the complex. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen well furnished. The beds were comfortable, there was a pizzeria onsite which was a nice option to eating out.

Cleanliness can be drastically improved. When we arrived the room seemed clean, however we realized afterwards that the floor hasn't been washed in ages, the mattresses were really dirty. We wanted to use the sofa bed and the mattress and the pillows were on the disgusting side. Also the bathrooms could have used some deep cleaning.
