Best hot tub ever. Stainless steel bottoms, water overflow seems to go thru filtration. Bubbles unlike 40+ hot tubs I’ve been in throughout the world. They go up from your seat and massage your thighs and all around you. Deep tub to shoulder. Spa is beautifully designed, tranquil with stylish lighting that is modern luxury and larger dry sauna than the luxury hotel Britannia in Trondheim. Very clean and peaceful. Beautiful furniture and comfortable. Had a very cold bath that you can dip in between. And a pool that also overflowed. There was also a steam room. And there were lockers and showers and unlimited towels. For some rooms on booking.com the spa access was included. The rooms were fine and generally clean. Location was great. Plenty of parking.

The carpeting in the rooms and the lobby can really use an update to tile or wood.

Breakfast was excellent.

As we were staying for 5 nights I feel the room should have been cleaned every other day without my having to ask. Our room was cleaned only once during our stay and I had to ask, which I feel is not acceptable. The restaurant was very expensive!!

Big room, quiet place, nice atmosphere in the lounge and restaurant, nice gym, spa looked good although didn’t have time to visit, friendly staff, good location near services

Fridge would be nice in the room

It's just two minutes from the train station (if you come by car they have parking just in front) and just 5 minutes from the museum and UNESCO heritage spot. . There was ice on the floor in the whole village so Im glad we took that hotel so close and with clean street all the way. Cosy hall to stay looking at the fire. Helping staff.

Nice staff, brilliant location for public transport and the old town

It was extremely hot weather, and the room had no air-conditioning or fan.

Good room. Excellent small spa. We ate in the restaurant and had tasty 3 courses. Location great.

Lots of trolleys outside room (4) with fresh linens and bags on them. Felt like a service corridor.

Beautiful hotel in a very good location, very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed a delicious dinner in the restaurant. Very comfortable lounge & nice bar. The staff are nice and polite.

Quite expensive for size of the room and no kettle or small fridge.

Good food with fresh cooked eggs to order. Room was in the main street across from the train station but was quiet with no road traffic. Friendly staff.

Coffee was weak and lukewarm.

Very good location. Nice breakfast. The shower in the bathroom was good. Easy to check in and out (pin code for the door).

The free car charger did not work, the woman in the reception did not take any actions. A bad smell in the room, smell from the kitchen and the smell you get when it has been to much moisture for a long time.
