Very nice hotel next to the beach! Staff at the reception very friendly and helpful! Clean and modern rooms. Very nice breakfast!

They should be a bit more strict in the SPA. There were 2 young couples being very present by making a lot of noice… some other guests complained, but the staff of the hotel didn’t take any action, so it was not a very relax moment in the SPA.

The suite was definitely a good choice. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. Reception staff extremely helpful. The rooftop bar staff efficient and friendly. The set dinner was delicious. The spa and the massage were fantastic. Our morning 20 minute 1 km swim was delightful. A great location for triathlon training. Hotel allows bikes stored in the rooms-we put ours on the balcony.

The service in the Cosmo Beach Restaurant was disappointing and could be improved. The gym is a bit small.

I was asked to get the half board dinner menu, which I regretted as the fish was full of bones, very small portions and the waiters don’t speak english and when we asked for extras which we were happy to pay for they didn’t understand. They could be more attentive ; they were very distracted.

Excellent throughout - really friendly and helpful staff, particularly Jana and Hassan who were always friendly and smiling with lots of helpful advice and tips about the local area and prep for certain activities and excursions which saved time/maximised the experience.

We were these in winter, it was amazing. Right on the beach and close to the shops. Its really lovely. They gave us 2 great rooms next to each other.

They didn't tell me in advance no children allowed in the indoor pool/spa. But is ok, because otherwise I might not have booked! I am so glad we stayed there.

The property was great and located next to the beach, which was ideal. The front desk staff was lovely and very helpful. Spa access was included and we were also given a complimentary Cava Champagne. Breakfast buffet had a great spread too.

Too busy in the spa. They only allow a certain number of people in at one time so you have to book your hour but they don’t control it and people stayed as long as they liked so it was very crowded.

the excellent location, nice facilities, amazing restaurant with a very good lunch deal on. rooftop swimming pool. this hotel is the reason we will come back.

- Front desk staff was not very welcoming: they weren't unfriendly, but they looked a bit bored or uninterested. Or maybe they were just tired. Especially at a beach resort, where people come to relax and have fun, I would expect the front desk staff to have a more enthusiastic vibe - Not enough breakfast staff: the entire breakfast seemed to be run by two waiters that could barely keep up with all the work. Not their fault, because the restaurant was full. I would suggest to allocate more staff for the breakfast on peak days. - Beds are pretty comfortable but rather small

Beautiful location on the beach front. I was only there for a night and was at a wedding, but I would have loved to stay for longer. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bedroom was clean and well equipped.
