Hotel looks very modern but it's well incorporated in alpine landscape. Our room was exactly the same as on the pictures. It was clean (but not immaculate, i hope it was just one time bloomer). Breakfast was good, quite good range of dishes but rarely filled up. Value for money is great for prices in that region but in other place it shouldnt have be that pricy. I strongly appreciate help from man from kitchen stuff/chef who was absolutely helpful for us to face a big trouble and mistake held by... booking?

All things I didn't like were told at check-out and not gonna repet it here - I think that you understood my reflection. The only thing i wanna say here - if you don't get a code for frontal doors, do your best to contact via phone with hotel service because they didn't reply for messages :( (AGAIN I hope it was one-time mistake, because I'd love to visit this place again, but have only best memories next time).

The view was amazing! We had a family room with a balcony facing the mountain. The staff was super helpful and attentive. One of the family member had an incident, and the staff was responding swiftly to assist (along with some of the kind guests of the hotel). Thank you! We stayed for 6 days and 5 nights. Breakfast was always wonderful and delicious (included in the package). Had two dinners at the cozy restaurant at a reasonable price and the buffet were also wonderful; plenty of choices.

It is not what we didn't like, it is more of what we didn't really consider before choosing the hotel. The hotel is located at an altitude more than 1000 metres (found out about this after we were there). The dwindling roadways, at some short points could be quite steep (hey, it's a mountain!) definitely take more time than if travelling on a long stretch road without ups and downs. We explored cities and nature outside of the hotel area everyday, so the travel in and out of the hotel area should be considered everytime. In our humble opinion, ideally this hotel is for walking, mountain bike cycling and winter sport.

The staff and the hotel itself was a great choice. We received a call in the evening and where informed about the dinner between 6 - 8 pm. Luckily as there are not much other possibilities to eat outside. The buffet offered a lots of meals and we enjoyed it on the sunny terrace. Very appreciated that we got the call, thank you! The room and the hotel was perfect with many details. Great breakfast! The friendly and supportive staff is the biggest asset. We look forward to return soon

The hotel is very modern, everything was designed in a very clean manner. There was a large area for kids to play indoor and outdoor. The restaurant is very nice and modern with a terrace for the view. The food was good and had a wide selection. The dinner buffet was not too pricey and Breakfast was good too. There are parking spots outside.

The reception area or chilling area closes after 10 pm, same as the sauna area. So no late night chilling which is such a shame. It is not an easy location to reach, there is a bus stop near the hotel but it would be easier with car.

This is a very nice hotel with a marvellous view. We appreciated the restaurant and the proximity to several hiking possibilities, and also the Rodelbahn. Would highly recommend. The staff is extremely friendly, rooms spacious and beds comfortable. It's an ideal place for children. There is also a kids' center.

We had a wonderful stay at JUFA with the family. It’s located in a beautiful area with scenic views all around. Breakfast was very good with a variety of options. My kids enjoyed the indoor playground a lot, where they spent lovely time playing with other kids.

Staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless and spacious. Breakfast was varied and fresh. Views were breathtaking. So yeah, all in all would recommend!

Very kind and helpful staff. They even opened the restaurant partially after a very late check-in. Shiny hotel with clean and nice rooms.

Beautiful views, very fresh and modern building/interiors/vibe, great buffet dinner and breakfast, next to ski lift and other activities. Loved the balcony, too.
