Friendly atmosphere. The staff. Spartan, minimalist room with an amazing view.

The very noisy church bell that chimed every 15 minutes as well as on the hour and went crazy at 6am, waking up the whole village and beyond I would imagine. Ear plugs should be provided or brought along for a good night’s sleep! A kettle and a couple of tea bags in the room would have been very welcome. Having to go down to the bar to buy drinks just doesn’t satisfy that need for that first cuppa, after such a journey. The steep narrow road up to the secluded hotel is quite a drive. My husband loved it; me less so.

Everything, especially Isabella, who was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a beautiful location with a lovely view and you can start your hiking tours right there. The restaurant that is part of the hotel has great quality food, which is very convenient- after a long day's hike you can just take a shower and sit down and enjoy.

Rooms can get a bit warm with the big glass fronts. Also breakfast at 8 seems a little late, given that the church bell wakes you up at 6. However, these are minor things, I would (and most likely will!) stay at this property again, I had a fabulous time and felt very much "at home" despite being in a hotel.

The location is amazing, it's off the beaten track and although the road is a bit narrow, the views are amazing. The hotel itself is lovely with a nice restaurant that offers breakfast and dinner. We loved the food, everything was great. I requested gluten free bread for breakfast and they had it ready for me every morning. The staff was really friendly, we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you so much!

To reach this place we had to drive up the mountain. The street was a real adventure. Its not a negative thing about the place. But I think it’s fair to know that it’s really an adventure to reach this place

I like the twisty road to the hotel. The view from the room is superb. The staff is friendly. The room is renovated. It’s very warm in the room.

The portions at dinner were too big for me, but the breakfast had very small selection of food.

This is a minor detail. Perhaps fans available in the rooms for hot summer days:)
