Everything was better than any expectation! The staff were amazing and super helpful. All facilities were top-notch! As for the food… I never expected such high quality and amazing variety as was offered! There are plenty of hiking options around, from easy-peasy to challenging mountain hikes! I will definitely be back!!! Loved everything about the hotel and location!

As typical in older properties, there aren’t enough sockets for all the electronics one carries these days… however, this was only a minor inconvenience

The staff, the pools and the food are excellent. The garden with the pool is great. This is a family-run hotel and you can see they love their job, the guests and their staff. This is one of the few places I would never gladly return to.

The wifi isn’t too great (it’s good in the restaurant and lobby), and the location is a bit too close to a road you can hear from some of the front facing rooms.

- Well taken care of - good location: 10 min by bus to Diedamakopf, nature walks around - accessible by public transport (bus 850 from Dornbirn) - delicious food and nice serving Special thanks to Nuri and Vitalii for polite and attentive service

- The swimming pool is separate from the spa area - The room could be cleaner: spider web on the ceiling, plaster on the smoke detector

Stay was more than perfect, service is excellent, friendly staff, clean, amazing food and the best is the breathtaking spa with amazing views and saunas. Concert was also great.

Only that that the spa only opens from 11am on, which means that on your check out date you can not use the spa since the check out is at 11am.

The staff were amazing. Kevin from reception was extremely helpful in planning a surprise for my mom during our stay. Our waiters and waitress were wonderful during the dinner service.
