It is a small hotel run by a wonderful family. It was lovely for our family vacation. A paradise for ski lovers with advance slopes.

The hotel doesn’t have a lobby area and a bar for after dinner drinks or even an afternoon tea or coffee. This is something that we miss.

A cosy bar would make it excellent. no big issue as it s a family hotel with a nice cosy room to sit in

A huge recommendation! We received an incredibly warm welcome from the whole family, good tips for hiking, the wellness is wonderful to relax afterwards, followed by a delicious dinner in the restaurant. The perfect start of our honeymoon. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful Mountain View, Austrian decor with brand new wellness center. Great pool and sauna. Wonderful hospitality from happy and cheerful Elizabeth and Marriette. Each dish at dinner time was prepared with attention to fresh ingredients.

Rooms quite small, not a lot of possibilities to hang up clothes after skiing Shower gel and body lotion comes in small plastic containers, so there's quite a lot of waste. Quality of the dinner not what I had expected from a 4 stars hotel, especially no real vegetarian choices. In case you don't want to eat meat you will be left with the sides.

very nicely located, super close to diedamskopf ski resort, nice view from the balcony/window, clean, nice beds, convenient room, nice small spa area with 2 saunas and swimming pool, good food. part of personel was very nice and helpful.

hotel is too strict for me. didnt know about the rules before coming, but if i knew i would think twice. spa area closes at 6pm, dinner is 630, which i find very early, especially if you want to chill a bit after skiing. i felt like had to run everywhere which doesnt help holiday relaxation. breakfasts stop at 10am and u feel you are pushed to leave immediately, cause personel starts vacuuming when you still there. also while having a dinner u feel u should just eat quickly and move to the room. i could live with all that if not one very not nice situation that occured... i have decided to extend stay for 2 extra nights. 1 day after getting a confirmation, paying and booking all my flights etc around, i got a message from a hotel that mistake was made and my extra stay is cancelled. Was asked to cancel myself so i can get my money back. I agreed because didnt want to cause problems, even tho it was around NYE and i couldnt find anything around to stay in then... Manager was not cooperative after me agreeing to cancel myself, basically didnt care about my situation. When i appeared in the hotel, after little discussion, she promised to contact local tourist office and come back to me on one specific day with information about the availabilities etc. But never did that, even when was checking out, completely skipped that topic. It was unacceptable for me and i have never seen such a behavior. I never came back with questions regarding that situation, because felt already very bad i had to insist on emails, phone, then while checking in, thats true. But really expected the hotel to help since it was hotel's mistake.... I could report to booking and not just cancel my second booking, but didnt do that to help, and from hotel's site i got nothing good in return. I would offer much better rating, but strict rules that made me feel not like ''at home'' (that's how we should feel in the hotel!
