The location is amazing and the views are incredible. It is a very special hotel and I would recommend everyone to spend a couple of days at the canyon. The cable car and zip lines are great fun and there's hiking and sightseeing all around.
The hotel constantly plays music through speakers in public areas and you can't escape it. You can hear it from your own balcony as well. Why is it necessary to play music on the terrace? I want to experience the peace and tranquility of the canyon but have a constant background nuisance.

This is the place to see the copper canyon, no doubt. The view is stunning from all rooms and the deck. The building done in traditional lodge style with large timber ceilings.
The restaurant is overpriced and offers no options. You are obliged to eat there as there is nothing walking distance from here. They have 2 groups for reservations and move them like a cruise tour.

Location is unbeatable - the most incredible views over the canyon The staff were fantastic- friendly and helpful Buffet Breakfast included was great Very picturesque all round!
The cost of food and drinks quite pricey and there’s not really other options within walking distance - to be expected in that location though

Location right on the Barrancas del Cobre was stunning!!! Sunset and sunrise were surreal. Definitely worth the hype. Definitely get the option to have meals included in the price when booking. Rooms were beautifully decorated, heater inside the room and hot water for showers were great for the colder weather.
There was no wifi available in the rooms during our stay. Front desk said it was getting fixed so hopefully it won't be an issue. Bar closes at 10pm but closed early the night we were there. The lobby has such a comfy area we wanted to enjoy some late night drinks by the fire but the bar was beating cleaned a little after 9pm.

The location was great. Food was good, not fantastic
I think the place was way over priced for what you got out it. And the room we stayed in (overlooking rhe canyon) practically had the railing falling off on the balcony.

location! room had a wonderful view.
the food was not good. breakfast was OK. dinner was poor. dinner has a set menu and there are not many other restaurant options. set menu idea is fine but for the price and the fact they did not have lots of things to make, food should have been much better that it was. sometimes cold, overcooked (e.g., pasta).

Loved loved this hotel. They send a minivan to pick up all the guest who come with the El chepe train and bring them back there as well, included in the room price. The view was unbelievable. You can enjoy it in peace and quiet from your own balcony or from the restaurant. They offer activities for okay prices. We did the winetasting. It was nice but the guy leading it couldn't speak English so it was a bit hard to follow as he spoke quit fast. All the front desk staff spoke English really well. Also did the 6 am sunrise walk wich is so worth it, they take you to a very nice spot in the canyon to see the view and the sun come up. It takes about an hour. After you can go straight to breakfast wich was very diverse and tasty, so many choices. We had very loud neighbors and the luckily had an other room available so the let us move. In the other room we slept extremely well. Very quiet, very comfortable beds. I would recommend everyone to stay here.
