Breakfast was great. Location is perfect.

The bathroom could have been better and cleaner. The bathtub is too high for short people or older folks to climb in and out.

The hotel is situated inside if a shopping mall which made it easy to do quick shopping such as Starbucks, 7 Eleven, shoe stores, kfc, supermarket, etc. There is an easy walkway from the hotel leading to 2 trains stations, about 10 to 15 minutes walk and multiple bus stops within 1 to 10 minutes walk. The staff was nice and room cleaning everyday was great.

The hallways leading to the rooms were smelling dusty and gave a slightly bad smell. The pool closes at 7 pm which made it difficult to use since during the day we were out sightseeing.

A great place with a unique character. We always use the place for stays. Mostly superb staff. The oyster deal was good too.

The proximity to the downstairs mall is convenient. The breakfast had everything we could wish for and more. It is a large hotel with lots of guests, but somehow the wait was never long, and it did not feel overly crowded. I can not write this review without mentioning "Eddie" in the reception. He is a star! He took time to answer all our questions, and to guide us in the right direction. Hong Kong can be overwhelming for first time visitor like us, but Eddie made us feel comfortable. Thank you Eddie!

Location was best for us. The room has microwave, fridge and air purifier which I did not expected.

Some guest in other rooms smoke inside their room and the smoke smell spread to our room through the ventilation system.

I like that the property is inside the mall. There is sasa and there is 7/11 on the groundfloor. Lots of restaurants nearby too. the room is spacious. If you have kids across from the hotel maybe Just a 5min walk there is a park where they can play and have fun. also they have a laundry in the ground floor, starbucks, sasa and many more. they have a bar in the reception area so if you like to drink cocktails you should go there.

The bathroom doesn't have a bidet. Its a bit far from the mrt. but if you like walking 10mins or more then this location is good for you. Its just that we were too tired from all our stroll and walking back to the hotel from the mrt is a bit too tiring. The Bathroom/toilet looks a bit old too. But the room was clean, spacious and has good ventilation.

It was a worthwhile experience for our family, especially for my in-laws who were coming to HK for the first time and had never thought of a spacious, tidy, and comfortable room for them in HK. The location is so convenient for MTR and lots of options for dining and accessible grocery and 7-11. It was indeed a memorable one for a family of 12 with two seniors. Thank you as well for accommodating my request for early check-in for my senior in-laws. They were able to rest after an early flight.

One lady staff who was a bit rude although she smiled when we went down to leave the place during our checkout. She called my attention when we were fixing our luggage outside the lobby and when I said we were about to leave she insisted on ushering us up to the elevator as if we were being shooed away from the hotel. She may get irritated and did not understand what I said but I hope her manner is more courteous. But anyway, that is incomparable to the best experience we had. Thank you

Convenient

Tenants still smoking on the non smoking property and the hotel management didn’t do anything. Also I lost my Apple Watch in my room（it worth over $1000CDN) they did a search but no result come out，they suggested me to report to the police but it is during Chinese New Year so I didn’t go . But at least they should offer me some credit or something.
