Patrica and David were wonderful host, the garden is beautiful and lovely to sit out in the evening. We had our evening meal at the house which was lovely. Most of all our dog had great fun running around with their golden retriever! We only stayed in evening whilst travelling through France, but will certainly be back for a longer stay and some sightseeing.

Nothing Although WiFi wasn’t very strong but this didn’t affect our stay

We really enjoyed our stay at La Girouardière. The room was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The host was extremely attentive. We were quite busy attending the motogp so couldn’t spend enough time enjoying the outdoor pool and garden, but it looked lovely. There is even a golden retriever for dog lovers, like us.

Nothing negative to say.

After a difficult journey through torrential rain, La Girouardière was an oasis. We sat in the shade in the lovely gardens enjoying a drink. We enjoyed a delicious evening meal with hosts and other guests then, next day, a generous breakfast sent us on our way rested and refreshed.

Only one slight negative was a hint of drains smell in our toilet, fortunately the smell did not come into our bedroom or bathroom.

We enjoyed a lovely stay here. We were welcomed by the hosts and they were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable with a good bathroom. Breakfast was good. Beautiful garden. I enjoyed a pretty breakfast swim when the pool was kindly opened for me.

Lovely and clean room, plenty of hot water, the swimming pool was excellent and the owners were very nice, friendly and knowledgeable too. Thank you for having us, we loved your breakfast, your restaurant recommendation and we had a great day at the zoo, too!

Owners hospitality, proactive attitude. Attractive quiet location in extensive grounds, yet handy for La Flèche.

Breakfast quite simple, limited choice (but fruit salad was appreciated) A toaster would be welcome.

Host very welcoming - Charming farmhouse feel with lovely pool. Delicious homemade preserves and fresh eggs for breakfast. Room very comfortable and clean and had a great nights sleep

The owner was very helpful. She gave us some suggestions of where to eat for an evening meal. Breakfast in the morning was lovely- warm croissants and bread with homemade jams
