Everything was excellent. room, beach, location and the food was fantastic!

Only reason I didn't give top marks overall was because of the service I received as a solo traveller at mealtimes. Although the staff in the restaurant were very pleasant and accommodating they were very quick to remove your plates etc often when you hadn't finished! On two occasions at breakfast I went to get a refill of tea and some toast only to find my table had been cleared, replaced with a new setting silver etc, and two new guests sitting in my place! If no one is sitting at the table it doesn't mean they have left! It could be a solo traveller going to get another drink or bread roll!

The room was spacious and it seemed that every view from each balcony was breathtaking. The breakfast was delicious with a huge variety of choices for everyone! Beach, pool, and amenities were fabulous! Couldn't ask for anything more. The staff was very helpful and attentive, especially Eugenia and Minas the Bartender, in which they continuously went out of their way to insure a wonderful experience! Would highly recommend this hotel and their entire staff.

Would have liked to have a shuttle service from the port to the hotel but it was only a short 20-25 minute walk.

It was a peaceful hotel, not "adults only" but feels like. Nobody was loud not at breakfast, not on the pool, not on the beach... something amazing and I do not know why.

Making reservations for sunbeds is prohibited by written signs, but the hotel does not do anything against it. Also, I requested a quiet room (direct sea), and they gave me room in the western part, which is above the restaurant and on the top of that western part, there is loud ventilation from the kitchen. It would be much better to stay in the eastern part/wing without a restaurant, plates, cutlery and ventilation.

I was never able to use the pool area because it was always full since I would wake up later in the morning. all chairs were take. The beach in front of the hotel is an option however it was so rocky that would steer me away from even trying to go in the water.

The hotel is comfortable and clean, nice rooms with a lovely (side-)oceanview. Great pool and nice beach. Really love the luxurious sunbeds and we were fond of the beach/poolboys who removed the towels from people who reserved sunbeds without using them, people like that should not stay at a 5star hotel. We liked the a la carte restaurant at the pool during daytime. It's just a short walk to town for shopping and restaurants.

The gym was a big disappointment, none of the 4 treadmills worked and I liked this hotel because it also supposibly had gym facilities. We did not like the dinerbuffet so much, but that's personal. If you like a buffet, it's fine I guess. We just love Greek food in a Greek atmosphere so we went dining in town. To bad we couldn't book the hotel without diner.

the location couldn’t be better. close to the main town but not so close that it was noisy. The whole hotel was clean and tidy an a real pleasure to be there.

As with so many others, there is no gym but one is advertised (though I didn’t book it because of that). Yes, they have one weight machine that is supposed to give you a full body workout but because literally one half not working & the other half can only be used one at a time (also falling apart) it meant that you have to be extremely creative in order to manage about 4-5 sets of a limited exercise. I usually work out but was warn about it from other reviews so I only went once to see for myself. I had to share each exercise with another person due to only one part working. It was fine but of course made everything take twice as long. I gave it a pass and decided it wasn’t worth fighting over if someone happened to come to workout.

A multi-facilities hotel in a tourist island. They accommodated our last-minute request to extend the check-out time.

The high-tech TV-on-a-mirror was a "failure", as it could be used only in room blackout conditions. I am sure it cost them a lot, and it will cost much more in the future when they replace the system.

central location very clean rooms were good size with good breakfast and excellent pool and surroundings

windy location but this is an Island. communications to and from Island are quite difficult. infrequent ferries and only connections by air to Athens and Rhodes
