The desk clerks were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our waffles in the morning, though the breakfast options were very limited... probably the result of our best-in-a-long-time cost. Our room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable.

We had a very hard time finding the facility. Set well-back on the property, it was not visible from the road and the high sign out by the road was not only hidden by another sign in front of it, but had NO lighting of any kind. If I hadn't had a reservation, I would have given up the search and gone somewhere else. The jacuzzi tub in our room was beautiful, but non functional.

Did not take the breakfast but I have had it there before and it was very good also I like the fact that it's to 10 other places sometimes it's done by 9:00 which is too early for me

There was a noise that seemed to come from an upper source in the far corner of the room wasn't from the room itself but there was a noise that kept coming on and off on and off and the air conditioner was a little noisy okay short sentences

Room was clean and big, beds were comfortable, friendly staff and a decent continental breakfast. Location is close to shopping and dining locations.

Bathroom in our room was needing some attention(paint peeling from wall, no hooks or shelves for towels). It also appears there may be some units with people living there since our last time staying.

The staff was great! I appreciated the sincere warm greeting and recommendations for local eats and things to do. I discovered that the microwave didn't work late evening. I called the front desk and they were empathic and kind. The gentleman that came up to replace it was quick, friendly and also gave great advice for the local favorite breakfast spot. Recommendations seem to be their thing! Just wanting to make sure the guests have a nice time while in the area. Very much appreciated!

It was odd that the room didn't have towel racks in the bathroom.

This place was so nice inside, the rooms were completely remodeled. It was very nice. Price was very afforddorble and it's located in such a great spot.

My only complaint was that they needed to keep more towels in the bathroom. Which was an easy fix as I just asked for more. But more of a suggestion.

Daniel made everything better than I could have asked for from check-in to check-out. Daniel came down to my room because there was no remote control and he tried a couple of them from the office; but, he couldn't get them to work. He asked if he could move me to another room, so he went to the other room, made sure the remote in that room was working. He came back to help me move to another room and then asked if there was anything else he could do for me. In the morning when I was putting things in my car, he came out and asked how it was in that room. I told him that I had a very pleasant night because he had been so helpful. When I finished loading up my car, I went into the office to turn in the key-card. Daniel apologized again for having to change rooms and told me that he hoped I would have a safe trip home. Because of how helpful and pleasant Daniel was, I will stay there again when I come back in the next couple of months.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Room had fridge and microwave. Location was close to Canadian- US border. Staff was pleasant

Not much selection for free breakfast- waffles , toast, cereal, juice, coffee , minimal fruit Garage (WM - for big blue bins ) removal truck showed up at 6 pm and was noisy

Room was surprisingly large and very clean. Location was close to all amenities. Breakfast was quick and easy, cereal and toast or a waffle if you wished. Will stay here again on next visit.

We could find nothing that didn’t meet expectatIons , especially considering the reasonable rates.

I am income restricted so everything was really nice for the price. A laundromat was about 5 minutes walking distance and it was very clean and well maintained.

The floors could have been cleaner.

After checking into our room we realized our tv wasn't working. We were given another room. When we got into our new room the dead bolt didn't latch. We were given an extended check out time so I was able to work until 2! The staff were very friendly!
