Lovely hotel with absolutely gorgeous terrace Comfy, spotlessly clean, modern room Great location near beach, shops, restaurants Amazing staff member working in bar who served me coffee many times ! ( wish I had got her name) and owner/ cleaning staff all very nice indeed I was there on my own -as visiting family- so this was appreciated Food and drink prices very reasonable

It was all very good and nothing I didn’t like The terrace normally closed quite early (?9.30pm) but I would have happily had a drink there till later as it was so lovely, especially with the lights at night ! Maybe a safe in the rooms?

Highly recommend! Best location!! It is directly across the street from Chateau de la Napoule (which we highly recommend visiting) and a cute beach inlet + 11 minutes to Cannes. We booked this spot to be near Cannes but were so pleasantly surprised by Mandelieu-la-Napoule. In the evening we went to visit the beach across the road and discovered a coastal path behind/through the Chateau that led to several other great beaches. The room was nice, the balcony had amazing views with comfortable chairs, the breakfast was good and the staff was very kind and gave us good recommendations. The Cannes Regatta was happening while we were in town so we were able to watch the sail boats race from the comfort of our balcony.

It was clean & a great location. I went to a wedding which was just over the road. The beach is opposite & plenty of places to eat. The staff were helpful & friendly.

The cleaners were noisy when you are trying to sleep. They talk loudly & bang around. They cleaned my room before I had left & told me I couldn’t use the bathroom or make a mess. I had the room until 11am.

Courtyard under the trees with a view of the water was perfect. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly. There are a lot of stairs but our suitcases were carried up for us. We would stay again . Our room had a nice mountain view. Next time we would get a sea view.

Self service tea/coffee in our room or even downstairs throughout the day.

Location was perfect, I could sit on my balcony and look out over the Beach and marina, it was very relaxing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A lot of lovely coffee shops restaurants very close. Train was only a couple of minutes from the hotel. Very easy to get from Nice airport, there is a bus at terminal two takes you to Cannes train station cost twenty euros. Then you can get a train to La Lapoule it takes ten minutes. It leaves you a couple minutes from the hotel.

I would have liked a little more of a selection for breakfast.

Great location- Situated directly across from a lovely swimming beach and the historic Chateau de la Napoule. Our double room with a comfortable bed, featured a large, elegant en-suite bathroom equipped with both a shower and a bath.

great location , quiet, and excellent staff couldn't have asked for a better stay No elevators but staff helped us with our luggage. Rooms are small as to be expected in all quaint hotels in Europe. parking was not challenging , most times we were able to park on site or close by on the street - highly recommend if you're looking for experiencing the local flavor of the county and planning to drive along the coast to Eze, Nice or Canbe and back for a quiet evening or swim in the French riveria .

Jan-Paul is a young hotelier building a very pleasant small boutique hotel experience for young adults and solo travelers. Breakfast and coffee are delicious. Rooms are nicely appointed. Enjoying a glass of wine on the street front terrace is a great chance to chat with Jan-Paul and the staff, as well enjoy front row seats to a great seaside view. Wishing a day, you’ll feel like you’re staying at friend’s house.

Breakfast was excellent, fresh orange juice croissants and lovely coffee. Plenty of other options available too. Staff very accommodating and location could not be better. You can pop across the road for a swim before breakfast and be back in no time. plenty of really good restaurants within walking distance.
