The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the train station in Cannes and a 20 minute walk from le Palais des Festivals. Really comfortable room, spacious with air conditioning. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and there were plenty of sockets/USB ports, mirrors, a safe, a fridge and great shower. Staff were very helpful!

The hotel breakfast was €20 per person each day. There were no shower facilities available on the day of check-out but they allowed us to use the showers in their sister hotel.

location is at the beginning of Rue d'Antibes, which made us walk that beautiful street every time , still enjoyed it ! the rooms was modernized and so clean, bathroom was also super nice!

The rooms were beautifully designed with tasteful décor that gave them a stylish yet welcoming feel. Spacious and well-appointed, each room offered plenty of comfort, from the cozy furnishings to the thoughtful layout. The bathroom was modern and spotless, with high-quality fixtures and plush, fresh towels that added a touch of luxury. The location was also excellent — close to everything, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. A perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience.

The only minor drawback was the dimly lit hallways. While the sensor lights did come on, a bit more ambient lighting would have made it feel more inviting. Overall, a wonderful place to stay with just a small room for improvement.

The staff, especially Adolfo at the reception welcomed us very rudely. Booking provided us with the option of late check out at 1pm but at the reception we were told that the option never existed and we needed to check out at 11. But that option was crucial for us for selecting that particular hotel. He also provided us with the worst room in the category that we had booked, so there was not enough space to accomodate 2 suitcases in the room and one was put in the bedroom in damp conditions

Proof that you don't need to be rich to stay in Cannes! The room, while small, was completely fine for one person on a business trip and despite not being on the beach, you're only a five-minute walk from the heart of the action. The staff were excellent and spoke great English. They had the customer service-oriented mentality that has sadly been lost in much of the US (where I'm from).

The only thing I would have liked at this price point is instant coffee and tea in the room (since they provide an electric kettle). Of course, this isn't the Hilton, but if you are coming to Cannes for work, as I did, this is a completely satisfactory option.

The hotel is located very close to the city center. It’s a very spacious and comfortable hotel, especially the bathrooms – they are incredibly comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had a truly enjoyable time throughout our stay.

First of all, the staff were very friendly and kind. Although we had mistakenly booked one day short, the hotel management was incredibly helpful and kindly arranged an extra night for us. The bathroom was very comfortable, and the cleanliness was excellent. Thank you once again for everything.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was very cozy and well-located for the cannes film festival. The shower room is spacious, modern and bright, with good water pressure. I especially want to mention Sidney, who was incredibly warm, attentive, and full of energy. His enthusiasm really made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for the great hospitality and bon festival :)

The location of the facility was very good. It is very close to the beach. Breakfast was good. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive. Especially the reception staff were very sweet. Thank you very much for the small gift they gave me. Even when I had the slightest problem, they solved it with a smile. I will come again next year.

Loved it!!! Very French The hotel was lovely, clean and modern 24/7 reception which was helpful as we didn’t arrive until 1am Room was great, only downside was there was a window into the bathroom? So everyone could see you shower, but we worked around that Would highly recommend, 10/15 walk to the centre, lovely walk too Breakfast was good Staff super friendly and helpful

The hotel was clean and very quiet. Just a short walk from the promenade and croisette. Easily accessible to the old town around a 15 min walk. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We did not realise our bedroom was in a separate annex and the lighting could be better in the room - quite dark for getting ready in the evening and there is no view. The garden view was a small square with a wall, not a space you would enjoy spending time.
