The hotel itself was fine. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. But unfortunately had a terrible night's sleep due to the inferior older pillows provided they offered no support. When I tried to get a couple extra pillows the hotel provided me none or available. So the next day I had a 5-Hour drive with practically no sleep. Probably won't stay here again

People stomping in the room above us until midnight. Noone at the front desk answered and the “text if you need anything” also no reply. I told the clerk this at checkout and she said the gm would reach out to me on Monday. Noone reached out.

arrived very early in the AM, manager on duty was way beyond fantastic, had us checked in and key in hand within minutes, the room was very clean, everything was vey good for a couple of extremely weary travelers. please be quiet and courteous, in general, not just at this hotel!!!, beds are very comfortable, shower is excellent, only thing is sound transfer from room to room is pretty bad, IF I can hear your TV in my room,, I am pretty sure you should be able to hear it in yours!!!!, turn it down and be considerate of others,,, it’s not a bad thing.

When we asked the front desk where we could eat dinner, he recommended Wingz, located across the parking lot. He was correct...the food was awesome! After a great dinner, we had a very restful night's sleep. Every staff member that we saw in our short stay greeted us with a smile.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Everyone was really friendly. We were able to check in early, breakfast was good and lots of options and very clean.

You could hear the people above us moving and being by a door you could hear people coming and going

Good WiFi service, clean room, nice breakfast, front desk provides coffee, ice water, fruits(from breakfast’s supply), the lobby women’s restroom even provides the menstrual pads, tampons ( first time seeing at a hotel ) they have everything we need.

The fan in the heater/air conditioner is terribly loud and woke us all night every time it came on. Have not experienced that in other hotels.

The property was nice but booking through booking.com indicated the charge for a port was $25. When we got to the property. It was $50. Had we known that, we would not have booked this property. $50 for a little dog for one night is too much.

When we arrived they couldn’t find our reservations even though I had a paid in advance receipt! It took quite a while for them to figure it out. They wanted us to pay a second time!

Omelets for complimentary breakfast were not good - too rubbery. Short of outlets to plug in coffee pot. Had to plug it in in the bathroom.
