The location was great with easy access to restaurants as well as the places that we needed to meet as a group. When I had made a mistake on the date of the reservation, the staff was very understanding and courteous and quickly found an accommodation for us for that weekend.

We had parked in the shopping center parking the first night instead of along the second layer road by the hotel. When we went to use the stairs to go down to the ground level parking, we found that the doors to the stairs were locked until the opening of the mall. This required that one of us do a half a kilometre walk down the road and ramp to obtain the car and bring it up for the rest of the group. After that we parked on the upper level by the hotel entrance.

The location ideal for shoppers, right next door to the Bahia Sur shopping centre and as we arrived late that was useful to get some quick fast food. The room was spacious, very clean and we wanted for nothing. Check in was easy and the chap on reception was really friendly and pleasant to deal with. He apologised that the lifts weren’t all working, but we were only on the first floo so wasn’t a problem. Really good location, next to the train station so easy access into Cadiz. Would definitely return again.

Air con was not working which made the room very stuffy overnight and opening the balcony door invited mozzies in! However, that said, it was a very enjoyable stay!

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. While the furniture and fixtures are a bit old, they are well-maintained and for the price paid I cannot complain. The pool with a chiringuito is a nice touch, and having a large shopping mall right below the hotel adds convenience for dining and shopping.

parking can be a bit challenging, as spaces near the entrances are limited and the mall's parking tends to be overcrowded.

We linke the hotel in general. The staff was very efficient and always with a good predisposition to help you. The pool was also amazing.

Unfortunately there was an event close by one night and we could not sleep, but that was not the fault of the hotel

It was a very large complex and the bungalow apartment area looked run down and scruffy and in need of some TLC.

This place is ideal for visiting Cadiz, 10 Minute train ride for a few euros. The hotel is a little dated but very clean, the staff are also very helpful.

Very clean and well laid out with plenty of room. Plenty of space and some good restaurants nearbye.

Very convenient location, close to the train station and big shopping center.
