We liked pretty much everything. The staff were warm, friendly and could not have been more helpful. The room clean comfortable and perfectly appointed. The breakfast was a high point for us in particularly the apricot compote of extraordinary intensity. Dinner was delicious especially the venison, the portion sizes generous to a fault.

Hard to fault - could have done with another pillow perhaps.

Best best hotel ever. From the staff to the rooms to the breakfast! The price is hard to beat given the location! They serve amazing food at their restaurant too! The breakfast is incredible to say the least! Parking is also included! This is a true gem right in the middle of the city centre!! We loved this place and wished we could have stayed longer!

The lift wasn’t working during our stay

We found the hotel to be pretty much perfect. The location was great for us, the parking was easy which was helpful since we had many events we had to get to by car. The room was elegant, clean and comfortable. It was actually better than I expected from the pictures. Everything was very well cared for and maintained. Our towels were replaced every day, which was a treat. The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious and I loved the style and the quality of everything in both the room and the bathrooms. Breakfast was elegant and we were offered a wide variety of delicious foods. The dining room was welcoming and warm. Plus, the restaurant for dinner service was excellent as well. And, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Nice, comfortable, clean room. Restaurant on the property was good. Location is good front of the hotel sits in the main shopping district. We had breakfast at a little Cafe near by and dinner at the hotel of which both were good.

We were here for genealogical- family history purposes. More to photo document towns of known ancestors.

Breakfast with a very wide selection. Large comfortable bed. Location in city centre. Friendly staff.

The fact that on the Saturday we could not check out before 10:00. We could have paid for everything on the Friday night if someone had thought to tell us of the Saturday checkout time. Poor service. Be aware that it is a modern hotel with the frontage of a traditional gasthof.

Host was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and the beds were super comfortable. We appreciated the free parking offered. The breakfast buffet was excellent! A very nice place to stay!!

Beautiful hotel located in the center of the town. Spacious room. The hotel restaurant provides a delicious dinner menu, but it is definitely not for a person on a budget (i.e., business trip budget). The breakfast is varied and good.

All went pretty well. There were some issues with the Wi-Fi connection at first, which required support from the staff directly, but that was quickly resolved.

Excellent location that’s walking distance to many restaurant and shops. The bed was extremely comfortable. Parking was free. Breakfast was PHENOMENAL!

No refrigerator and no amenities such as conditioner or toothpaste.
