We booked one of the villas with a private swimming pool and it was excellent. The two rooms (on separate floors of the villas) were spacious and comfortable. Our kids loved using the private swimming pool. And when we wanted more swim area, hotel pool and ocean were just a short walk away. Staff were friendly. Breakfast buffet was excellent, providing both Vietnamese and western food options.

This would've easily been a perfect stay with the exception of one issue relating to the property south of the resort. During our first morning there we woke up to a strong smoke smell in our room. At first we thought someone was smoking outside our villa. After investigating we found people in the nearby land burning something, possibly trash or crops. We called the front desk and they asked the people to stop, but they didn't. The smell lasted all day. Aside from it being a bad smell, we were concerned about the health impacts on our small children. After repeatedly talking to the front desk, they finally managed to get the people to stop burning towards the end of the day.

Overall, everything was very good. The grounds are beautiful, and the staff speaks good English and are efficient and friendly. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and they allowed us to have an early check-in. The room was comfortable and had a partial sea view. The Rainforest shower was the best water flow and temperature that I have had since living in Vietnam. Good wi-fi.

The breakfast buffet had a good selection but I was disappointed with the coffee, it was bitter and I couldn't drink it, disappointing for Vietnamese coffee as I drink it every day. Also, the beef in the pho bo was poor quality, it had a lot of fat and it wasn't cooked long enough for the meat to separate from the fat. But not a deal breaker as there were lots of other options.

Garden villa, with lots of space, in the middle of the beautifull and well maintained garden, super swimmingpool and beach nearby. Despite noisy events like wedding and birthday parties, very quiet, Probably good isolation for sound. Very good breakfast buffet. Helpfull staff, who arranged nice excursions and tips for restaurant for us.

The resort is beautiful. Beautifully landscape with many different varieties of flowering trees. The rooms are clean and look new. I had a massage which was fantastic and very reasonably priced. The staff is incredibly helpful. I had a problem with a flight and Daisy at the front desk was so helpful to me. I feel like part of the Hoan My family.

My son and his wife had their wedding reception here. It was outstanding! Staff was extremely polite and accommodating. We are American and there was a language barrier but they always had staff on hand to help with interpreting. The manager greeted me personally and made sure that everything went smoothly. The resort is also on the beach which was nit only awesome but also had a view that was spectacular!

Pool hours. I wanted a late night swim but it closed at 9

The perfect hotel, on the sea side. You can hear sound of the sea at your balcony. The environment of this hotel was beautiful, garden full of flower and in the front you can see a pool, full of colored fishes. Swimming pool was clean and big, surrounded by plenty of sunbeds with clean towels on it. Breakfast they served was the highest quality, we had on our trip. Beautiful coast to walk. Staff were very friendly and spoke good english.

The sea was not so clean, and quite deep straight from the beginning.

This is my 2nd visit. We arrived past mid night and 24/7 reception service was excellent. The pool is nice and breakfast was tasty.

The lift was out of service during our stay. We had to use the stair for 3 levels which was quite inconvenient especially for our elder who had knee problem.

We liked the quiet location, clean beach, good facilities. There were not a lot of activities in the location, so it is good for people who wish to really just stay at the resort to relax. The room was spacious and fixtures were comfortable.

The breakfast was mostly the same during our whole stay. The food in the restaurant had good variety, but taste is quite inconsistent.

The resort was beautiful. We loved the beach with huge waves and the pool as well. The breakfast was very nice. The staff even prepared packages for us one day because we couldn’t make it to the breakfast.

It was little bit far from the city center but we were satisfied with everything.

The purpose of visit was to swim in the sea, Swim in the pool and relax in the bath. I needed to be in water this weekend and needed to be away from any other distractions. It was perfect detox weekend. I would have used the spar but have a slight back injury and didn't want to make it worse. I would go back any time.

The evening meal was served in reverse order. Main Course first followed by soup and starter to finish but thats all part of the quirkiness of Vietnam so no real problem. Breakfast could have been quieter but nobody's fault the hotel was full.
