We’ve been on an adventure bike 🏍️ tour throughout Vietnam and booked this hotel the night before, which consisted of 3 x Double luxury rooms, on arrival we were delighted with the stands and size of the rooms also the soft mattress 😉👍 The walk in shower had plenty of hot water and room overall was great no window in my room but this did not matter. Good price through my level 3 status 🙏

Good location, big room, backside very quiet, easy and safe parking inside

Fortunately we got a room with a window. About 70% of them haven’t a window.

We needed room to stay 1 night before continuing a trip and Nu Hoang Hotel in Phan Rang was a good choice for us. 3 persons, stay 1 room with three beds. My family was very satisfied and would say back again when they go to Phan Rang again.

Conveniently located, but about an 19 min cab ride from train station (no Grab here), room very, very nice…. Twin and queen bed, big deep tub, robes and slippers, flatscreen, fridge, etc. Large elevator, nicely appointed lobby with front desk.

Completely nonexistent staff… arrived at the hotel after taking cab and driver demanded more money than meter, walked to reception, along with driver and Candice, who works front desk, who spoke I believe in a word in English, and even with the help of a Google app, would not confirm what she thought might be the correct fare. He wanted $10 at the fare read six dollars. She did a wonderful Helen Keller impersonation …. if you work at a hotel, and you work front desk, and you send guests off each day to the train, how is it possible not to know this? When we booked with Booking.com, I was asked for credit card info as I always have for the last 15 bookings, but when I checked out the front desk asked for cash… only…..

Good Location, good offer from bk.com, big room

Worst soundproof, you can hear clearly ppl steps right outside your room. The restroom design is good except for the van at the washstand and the mirror, they collide every time you use it and ready to break the mirror into trash. When you lay down on the bed, you can see "lovely" ready to fall down on your face. The TV can't connect to youtube. And last thing: I booked a double bed for the stay, and I got a joined bed which is frustrating and unacceptable, cant have a good sleep though.
