Good place to stay , you are located in the main street - we arrived at the beginning of fiestas so you are at the heart of the place . The room has a lovely view to the mountains . The walking shower was really nice and has a good space for two people . Some of the staff were really helpful .

Our room has two beds join together with top mattress , a bit uncomfortable to sleep - the bed was so noisy , basically , every time you move.

We loved the location and the hotel. Only a minor complaint was that the room was too hot. We turned the heating down to the minimum, but it had no affect. Another suggestion would be to have coffee making facilities available.

Nothing but the Instructions to get through the barrier to get into the street could have been passed on to us. We booked parking but didn't use it as when we arrived the receptionist was on his own so couldn't show us where to go.

Fabulous building. Very conveniently situated for the town. Comfy bed, fridge facility, excellent shower/ bathroom. Very quiet with the shutters closed. Good, reasonably priced food in the restaurant.

Nothing really. It was quite difficult to find. Parked the car in the public car park (3.00€ for 24 hrs) below the castle and did the 12 min walk following google maps. We think we could have park closer as the car park extends around the perimeter to the school and sports centre. The final part of the walk to it was a bit confusing so asked for local help. It really was no big deal but worth knowing there is more parking than shown on google maps.

The central location was perfect. The room we had was very spacious and clean with an extremely comfortable super king bed. The food in the restaurant was also very yummy.

Our room was right by the lift so you could hear it going up and down and people coming in and out. The water wasn’t great either, it kept going hot and then cold then high pressure and low pressure.

It was very hard to access the hotel by car. We arrived on a Sunday and some of the small streets were not accessible. Google maps was not able to help with directions and the ones provided by the hotel didn’t make sense. Once there (eventually) it was amazing!

Great location in the old town. Really nice breakfast at a good price

No parking. We checked in but were told there was no way of dropping off bags. We therefore had to walk 1/3rd of a mile with all of our kit. We later found out that we could have easily driven up to the hotel to unload. But frustrating!

Charming historic buildings, the mountain view room was definitely worth the supplement, and breakfast choice was good.

tea/coffee making facilities in the room would be welcome, as would the option of self-service hot drinks in the breakfast room.

Description says there is parking but there isn’t. As the town was busy we could only get into a parking place half a mile away. It’s a walled town and we wouldn’t have minded if we’d been told there was no nearby parking .
