The rooms were comfortable and extremely clean. Plenty of space in the bathroom and a good shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely from the breakfast menu. Dinner is also available at the hotel and was very good. It is very well located close to the market square and in a quiet spot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

The only problem for me was the lack of gluten free options at breakfast which limited my choices. The buffet part of the breakfast offered pastries and breads that I could not have. Although I was able to have some gluten free bread with the omelettes I would have liked pancakes or cakes options that are gluten free. But having said that everyone else in the party loved all the food.

Hotels in Zeeland were quite full, so this was our not our first choice. However we were very pleasantly surprised by the spacious hotel suite facilities which were very well equipped with kitchen, etc. We even made good use of the washing machine in the lobby area. The rooms are in a separate building from the restaurants, but easy walking access. The food looked so good we stayed for dinner, and we were happy we did.

The parking is in a public car park, and the area around hotel is pedestrian only. However the Katoen gives you a voucher for a reduced parking fee. And in the end, the parking was easy enough to access with our luggage and all.

Lovely hotel. Spacious, modern room. Fantastic breakfast- great homemade granola. Enjoyed walking a short distance from the hotel to an attractive square with great outdoor venues to enjoy a relaxing drink. Loved the vibe.

Little disappointed with the service at dinner. Quality of the food was good, but over an hour between starter and main course, with no explanation being offered, and others who arrived later, being served ahead of us didn’t feel so good.

Located in the city centre. Apartment is stylish and cozy. Very modern with lights and heating managed from a small touch screen. It is a newly built building, well insulated, so warm and quiet.

Just a few small things we felt missing like a coat hanger, a light switch at the entrance.

We stayed in the loft for 2 people. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. Communication via email before check-in was excellent.

We stayed at the City Loft, which was very clean and spacious. It was well equipped; it even had a dishwasher and oven. Great place to stay for a family of 4. Great location and very friendly staff.

Everything was great - above expectations. Large modern clean room with everything you could possibly need.

Nothing - the breakfast was expensive and not included so we decided not to use that but that's our choice.

Staff was so friendly and even brought us to our room - excellent service! Great Location and beautiful terrace to enjoy a drink. Breakfast is delicious. Would 100% recommend and we will be back 🤞
