Central location. Excellent, friendly staff. We stayed in two self catering apartments next door to each other which was great for the 8 of us, including our two grandchildren. Bart was an excellent host and nothing was too much trouble. We loved having the use of the common room in an evening with lots of games etc to keep the children entertained and the 'honesty bar' was a great idea. We would definitely recommend this accommodation to our friends and family and would definitely stay there again.

Not enough shelves or cupboards in bathroom and bedroom.

I stayed in a room with kitchenette which had a private entrance around the corner from the front door. It is very light (windows floor to ceiling across the front) but care has been taken to ensure privacy with translucent window coverings. The bed is comfortable. The kitchenette is small but sufficient to make small meals possible. The bathroom is very clean and roomy enough. Breakfast was not elaborate, but fresh and with some variety. The coffees were freshly made (not from a machine!). The location is ideal to the train station and also to the center of the city (all within easy walking distance). It was great that I could pick up my room key when it suited me by using a code.

I was a bit mystified by the lock on the door and would have appreciated instructions as to how to lock it. There was also a small extra remote conveniently placed on the table for which I never discovered a purpose. So it might be useful to have some written instructions, espcially as I checked in after the reception was closed.

A small and chic hotel, located near the city center, close to an area with many restaurants. The rooms are large and bright, very nicely renovated but still need some accessories to make you feel good. Cleanliness and very good staff! Good and sufficient breakfast, and very good coffee!

You should also invest a little in the comfort of the bed, and when we're talking about a third bed in the room, the solution with an extendable sofa is not okay, especially when an adult is sleeping on it!

It could have been a bit cleaner (floor, some towels and 1 knife) - but nothing to worry or complain about (but also not a 10 because of this). We notice because the kids run and roll around the floor...

Fantastic hotel well equipped for cycling people with secure shed and rear yard. Hotel was perfect, bed was the most comfortable on our 7 week cycling holiday. Comfortable and clean with a terrific breakfast. The location is a short walk to plenty of restaurants and local sights. Bart was a welcoming host and provided an excellent service. We were very pleased to stay at this great place

The hotel was really nice and well-kept throughout. They communicated well at all times and check-in was easy (remote) and seamless. Our room was a good size and well-appointed. The shower was lovely. We also had a view over the canal which was nice. Breakfast was solid and expected continental standards. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The value was excellent compared to the very tatty Campanile I stayed at the night before. The location was decent too, not right in the middle of the town but perfectly walkable.

Not a lot but some minor feedback. The way our room was laid out, once you'd used the wc you had to exit, walk past the bed and round the back to use the sink. The toilet was a good size so a little odd that there isn't a small sink in it. We were told there was secure bike storage but on arrival it was a room outside accessed with a room key. Inside there were no facilities to lock a bike to anything. I understand the room is only accessible by key but you're then reliant on others not losing their key or not shutting the door properly.

Both staff members we interacted with were very helpful and pleasant. Location was very good. Breakfast was excellent and the room spacious. Excellent shower and comfortable bed.

It would have been good to have air conditioning as the room was quite warm at night.

Cute interior design for easter, very nice shower and a big terrace. Close to train station, close to city centre and close to all historical locations.

It was a bit loud with people upstairs but not the property problem, it was the people upstairs. They stopped at 2300 :)

Quiet and warm room (during some cold and windy days), very good breakfast, warm and helpful staff.

We stayed three nights and I was surprised that a staff member asked if we wanted the room cleaned. They only emptied our trash after we requested it.

Very modern overall. Easy check-in, all made online. The room was spacious and comfortable for 4 people, a lot more than needed for a 2 day stay.

The controls for the bathroom deserved some sort of manual of instructions, it would have made it more easily enjoyable
