The hotel is in good condition, slightly dated but comfortable and spacious. We had a longer stay than most and they don't automatically room clean which suited us (nothing worse than playing dodge the cleaners) but halfway through the stay we requested a refresh and it was done straight away. It was an easy stroll into the centre and the station is nearly next door (good sound insulation worked a treat! Car parking was free (was a bit confused about the chargeable parking offer, but that was for the garage below).

The evening meal offering was expensive and uninspiring (breakfasts were fine, though not the best we've been offered). We were out of season and it felt a little underused, and there was no atmosphere in the hotel bar (they have another bar which was closed).

The staff was very friendly and immediately focused on hospitality! The rooms are well equipped, the bed comfort is above average, the bathroom is clean, towels are above average quality, there are plenty of outlets, very good lighting, and windows function very well and allow excellent fresh air circulation. The breakfast buffet is very, very good. There is an excellent selection of everything a guest would like to have in the morning. Very well done. There is plenty of parking, the hotel is very close to the train station and is just 3 to 5 minutes walking distance from the old part of Rotenburg. I highly recommend the hotel!!!

There were absolutely no issues during my stay!

The location was great. It was very close to the centre of town and the railway station. It had good views. We also enjoyed a walk in the town seeing the old architecture and the river. The food in the restaurant was very good.

Perfect locatoin - Just on the main train station. Short walk to the old city, the Fulda river and to shoping center. The room & bad are very comefortable + bonus: coffee machine in the room. Generous breakfast and more than all - great welcoming stuff.

No aircondition - a problem in hot days (because of the noise from railway in front the north rooms)

Very nicely-presented room with various accoutrements. Quiet and easily accessible.

Nice view, big room, confy bed and pillow. Good breakfast. Complementary Nespresso machine in the room.

Room is a bit old, outdated. Cleaning especially of the floors/carpets cood be better

- the reception staff didn't know how we could open the gate to exit the parking. We found out you need your room key, so check out after picking up the car. I think the staff should know this.

The hotel was close to the station and affordable.

The train tracks are just beside the hotel with freight trains running late in the night.

Very good quality hotel.Easy to communicate in English with reception and restaurant staff. Plenty of parking.
