Everything is as it should be. Not our first stay at this hotel. It was our third stay is always good to come back to that hotel. Very friendly staff. Good location. Great breakfast.Great offer of massages. Short walk to close by shops. Taxis just outside of the hotel very convenient when going somewhere.

The price for upgrading the rooms is quite high. Restaurant within the hotel should really switch the cuisine. Personally I do not think it suites the hotel.

As a hotel in a small city i think it was really great. The breakfast was really good and i also have had a pizza for lunch and i should say the tase was similar to the best Italian restaurants in italy! The spa and swimming pool was clean and calm and it was very nice to go to sauna after one day all work ! The staffs were also friendly and polite and they were good at speaking English! I am traveling too much to many countries in all continents and i should say i was a good experience and i will chose this hotel again if i would travel to Swidnica again.

If i want to complain, i just say that the mattress of my bed was not comfortable enough. As i chose a double king bed but they were sticked two single mattress together so i t was impossible to sleep in the middle of the bed .

Great location for visiting the town and for the wider area. Large free car park on site. Very helpful & friendly staff. Very clean well serviced room. Great food in the restauraunt. Good selection for breakfast. The pool / sauna / steam room is an excellect bonus - we used it both nights we stayed and it's a great relaxation at the end of the day. Would definitely stay again. Good nearby restaurants.

Mattress and pillows too soft and small. Whilst food in the restaurant was great service was slow and poor especially as there were only 2 other couples there the night we ate.

The hotel is in the city center. Directly in front of the hotel is a taxi spot and the main station of public transport. Breakfast was great, even 20 mins before end was a lot of food. SPA area is clean and everything works there, not overcrowded. Staff is very polite and helpful.

As it is a SPA hotel saunas are open 6pm to 10pm. For me to have sauna available also in the morning would have been much better. It's my wish not a complain. Sauna was opened as written in the schedule.

The staff who cleaned the rooms was very nice with us and helpfull. / The rooms were very warm. / Wifi was excellent. /The receptionist who was on friday april 14th, was super nice and helpfull person, she supported us a lot with everything, also she taught some words in polish. Thanks a lot.

Opportunity areas are: - Oat would be an excellent idea to add as option for breakfast. - Another suggestion is to wait until the time the restaurant is closed for breakfast (it was 10:30 on those days) to start cleaning the restaurant, it was not goog be at 10:00 am having breakfast, with the staff also cleaning the tables and preparing them with glasses and everything for meal, even the table where you are eating on that moment. - One day they did not put dishes for the breakfast, nobody was in charge there, so we have to ask for them to the recepcionist, and the person that was there, helped us in a very bad way.

All staff so friendly and helpful, even to the point they made us a lunch bag for the next day as we left so early and was going to miss breakfast. Spa facilities lovely and relaxing also had a massage amazing. Plenty to do in the town many places to eat and visit.

Very tasty breakfast with a wide selection. Pleasant SPA area. The rules of proper sauna use are followed by guests, but there is no information about them in front of the saunas.

The rooms were too warm. Too noisy to sleep with the window open, and there was no air conditioning. Pool water too cold.

really very nice hotel in the city, comfortable parking for hotel guests, nice and comfortable rooms. what I really appreciate is that breakfast is possible since 6:30, very big and nice choice for breakfast

not so much too improve... maybe: when breakfast starts at 6:30, but eggs really available at 6:45 + eggs too done. For dinner, hotel restaurant is nice, food is good and "very artistic", but e.g. using wilted herbs - personally, I prefere Wolowina restaurant not far from the hotel

Great option in Świdnicy, loved the saunas and pool, especially on such a cold evening.

No complaints - everything was fine! The spa side could be even more enjoyable (and memorable) if the hotel also provided robes and/or slippers in the rooms.

Great location: on the edge of the old town, right next to the Planty Park and "two steps" from the Main Square. Very nice, spacious and clean room (recently renovated with European Union funds). Interesting bathroom arrangement: glass partition from the bedroom, hydro massage bathtub, mirrors, backlight, rain shower. A big plus for the possibility of turning on the "fireplace" on the large TV. Tasty and quite varied breakfast. Dishes in the restaurant very tasty.

Service: - distracted waiters (they forgot part of our order during dinner); - bad work organization or too few people serving breakfast (I waited over 30 minutes for my capuccino; cutlery, scrambled eggs and bread were still missing). Starters: - olives literally drowned in oil - let them breathe... ;-) - because your calamari is very tasty, I would give larger portions (like in the Portugal)... ;-) Hydraulics: - the drain (plug) in the bathtub must be repaired.
