The hotel was undergoing renovations during their offseason. However, all the amenities were accessible. Staff was receptive, etc. Special March prices made the accommodations attractive for us.

stuff are not costumer friendly act like they do you a favor they even there and bring there friends in the evening for free alcohol and intimidating the Guest that trying to enjoy the evening show and they don't clean the rooms daily

Breakfast was good and the pool was nice. The view over Nazareth was incredible.

Pool closed at 5pm even though it only got dark at 8pm.

Poor maintenance

The location was great, the parking was very convenient and we were able to get to everywhere we needed to go very easily.

The hotel has a lot of potential but a few things ruined the experience for us. The room was dirty when we checked in, the floor was wet and when we used a towel to dry the floor, the towel was covered in black dirt. The manager came, saw the dirty towel, apologized, and said she would be sent something to the room for the inconvenience but nothing arrived. We asked to have the floor hoovered and recleaned and we were told that the cleaner came, but there was still hair in the corners and dirt on the floor. The air conditioner broke in the middle of the first night. They fixed it the next day but the engineer made a mess and our room was never cleaned. We complained in the afternoon and it still wasn't cleaned. We asked to have it cleaned when we went to dinner and came back to find the room had still not been cleaned. When I called to complain, the reception told me that the cleaner had been - which was not true and I didn't appreciate being questioned and the room had not been cleaned at all. The hotel was very quiet when we arrived but then 3 large groups arrived. We were in a room surrounded by a football team who made a lot of noise in their rooms and shouted in the corridor late at night. It was not fair that we were put in a room surrounded by such a big group. The pool was nice but there is a swimming school that uses the pool every morning for several hours, and every hour a different group of kids arrives. Based on the price we paid, this is not something we would expect to deal with.
