Location, location, location. That is the hotels situation, which is without fault and for us, the proximity to Capernaum. Breakfast / dinner - very wide selection availible.

Perhaps time slots for both breakfast and dinner? Dinning area quickly filled to capacity. Though not a problem for us it was for others when the hotel had more guests - people had to wait in line for a table.

Without a doubt...EXCEPTIONAL Service from everyone on staff. They definitely adhere to the adage "Yes is the answer, what is the question"? The pool and the attendants/lifeguards were excellent and continually roamed to pool deck to straighten lounges, chair, towels and provide ice water to folks at the pool. Breakfast was an exceptional Israeli buffet. The complimentary wine in the room was a nice touch as were the house slippers.

Enforcement of the no smoking policy. Not that the staff knew but it was other guests who I guess couldn't live without smoking cigarettes in their rooms.

The location of the hotel on the Sea of Galilee offered a breathtaking view of the Sea of Galilee from our hotel room, with the mountains in the background and the city of Tiberius in the distance. There is a large swimming pool which my kids enjoyed swimming in. There is also access to the Sea of Galilee from the property and we saw people swimming in the sea in the morning and evening.

The options to order from the menu were limited if you did not choose to have the buffet at the restaurant. We ordered food and drinks from the bar in the lobby downstairs where the waitresses provided very good service.

The room was very comfortable with a view to the pool and the Kineret. Even though the pool was very noisy, when you close the balcony's window you hear nothing inside. The food was delicious. Too bad the coffee machines aren't working on Saturday, but you can make your own coffee. The pool was fine nothing special. The hotel has little access to dive in the Kineret which is really cool. There is a big grass area where you can chill.

On check in, we waited approximately 20 min to get service. After this long journey to the north all you want to do is to get the room and relax, but unfortunately the check in area was very busy and it took me forever to get the key.

The hotel is located near the Kineret lake (Sea of Galilee). Everything was close to perfect. Check-in went fast, we were given a couple of leaflets with good information about the facilities and about the attractions in the area. Rooms are spacious, there is a nice balcony, bathroom large. Interior decoration in good taste. Plenty of staff ready to serve, all friendly and efficient. Enough parking space. Good wifi. Excellent breakfast.

It is expensive. However the good quality of the hotel and the service makes it so that you feel at least part of the price is justified. We had a problem with the keys at our room (went out of battery), it was solved in about ten minutes.

EVERYTHING! Super clean room and spacious! Our room had a balcony that overlooked the beautiful Sea of Galilee! The breakfast is absolutely AMAZING! Fruit, all kinds of salads, cheese, quiche, waffles, breakfast pizza, olives, yogurt and all the toppings, all kinds of nuts, plenty of hot dishes!! Whatever you want it’s there! Food is delicious! Staff are super friendly and helpful! Beautiful pool with lounge chairs and wicker bucket chairs! There is even comfy beds down by the sea to sit and enjoy the scenery! I can’t say enough positive things about this place! It gets a 10 from my husband and I! I wish I could rate it higher!

The hotel has beautiful design and facilities, right on the water. pool area is beautiful with great views of the lake and mountains. The breakfast buffet is amazing with a wide variety of options. The bed is clean and comfortable. The balcony is a decent size. The staff is attentive and helpful, except for the occasional sharp tone (the restaurant is closed!) which is to be expected in Israel. when I wanted to change rooms after checking in, the staff went over and above to accommodate me. overall an excellent 2 night stay in February 2023. Please note that you need a car to get around since the hotel is a few miles from the center of tiberias. this suited us perfectly because it has a resort feel. also, if you don’t want to listen to the resort’s music, piped in around the pool and beach, ask for a room opposite the pool. the view is still fantastic and it’s much quieter.

The staff was very friendly and professional, there was abundance of food and high quality. The room was clean and comfortable.

There was no sign to describe the food and drinks in the buffet which led us to ask the staff about the food. The sofas at the lobby were full of dead flies.

2nd time staying here. We love this hotel. It's well run, facilities are excellent and well maintained. Room was cleaned almost as soon as we left. They had a lot of housekeeping staff even on the weekend.

It was very busy and breakfast was crowded and noisy. There was not enough seating by the pool but we were there at the weekend in high season so to be expected. There was additional seating in the garden by the lake that was always available.
