Delightful, helpful and knowledgable Rachel welcomed me as "you're home" from the start. Great central location for walking to the lake or around for shopping or siteseeing or eating/coffee. Hotel and rooms are European chic style, meticulously clean and crisp/new. And very quiet with light blocking curtains and excellent temperature control. BIG screen TV with lots of channels in Hebrew and English ... also Russian, French, Chinese. Sponge Bob speaks Hebrew! I would choose to stay here again. It has a "family owned and run" feel to it vs. cold and corporate run hotel.
Can't think of a thing.

Great location, 4 minutes walk from Central bus station, and from the city boardwalk and to the Kinneret. Many eating places and stores nearby. Room cleanliness was very good. Fridge bigger than usual, helpful. Lovely porch on top floor with view of the Kinneret. Great value for price, great decision we made, just had one night on the way up north. Helpful and kind reception desk, Lovely manager.
Internet didn't work in room. Closet broken, but we just stayed one night so it didnt really bother. No freezer. No view from room.

We are an ultra-Orthodox Jewish couple, who arrived at the hotel with doubts about the hotel's ability to satisfy our needs with the appropriate sensitivity. The pleasant surprise was perfect. The kindness of the receptionist Hila who offered us a room on the second floor, and when she realized that it was more comfortable on the first floor, she consulted with the hotel manager Racheli and changed us to a deluxe room on the first floor at no extra cost. We received a full breakdown of the breakfast ingredients which is strictly kosher. Stairs lead out of the hotel without the use of an electronic door or the elevator, which are prohibited on Shabbat. Prepare a corner for lighting Shabbat candles. The cold water bar is allowed to be used on Shabbat. We got a key to the office to use the arrangements for the food blessing. The courtesy and service awareness of the host in the dining room Andrey was at an international level. In short, it is highly recommended even for those who observe Shabbat and kosher at the highest levels. We had a perfect experience.

Check-in was very simple and we were upgraded to a nicer room, which was a great bonus. I'd stayed at this hotel before and really appreciate its central location. We were coming by bus and it's an easy walk from the bus station. Very close to all central amenities including the sea and lots of kosher dining options. Reasonably easy walk to the Tomb of Maimonides. TV and remotes were a little complicated, but we eventually figured them out. :-) Read up on the history of Tiberias before you come -- there's a whole lot of Roman, Jewish, Christian, and Muslim history here but very little of it is visible on the surface.
Biggest minus was no control over the lighting, even in the upgraded room. There are lamps and overhead lights, but to our disappointment, they were all controlled by the same switch. Meaning the room was either bright enough to perform surgery or pitch black. Every hotel ought to provide bedside lamps; it's a simple amenity that means so much when you don't want to choose between 100% and 0% light. Beyond this, the view out the window was pretty dismal, but I wasn't expecting much. Tiberias during the off-season isn't really that exciting, and most attractions by the sea are closed, though there are always people offering boat rides etc.

-The staff is great - The condition of the room is excellent - Daily cleaning, towels changed every time - It was quiet, no one was making noise in the hotel - Overall not a bad breakfast
- Breakfast from 8am, it was inconvenient for us as we worked from 8. But we were lucky as there was a group of tourists at that time and breakfast was served from 7am. - The breakfast is a bit meager but quite enough to start the day.

Stayed a 2nd night. I would stay here again for many reasons: easy walking distage to bus station, the BIG Mall and other shopping streets, religeous sites, the Lake (Sea of Galilee), restaurants and cafes, etc.; great staff and value; comfortable, chic and modern room; quiet and huge TV. Just what I needed. Thanks Lago.

Newly renovated, everything was gleaming. The location was great, surrounded by eating places, 2 minutes from bus station, close to the sea. They upgraded me from basic double room to a bigger more luxurious one.
No dustbin in room No hairdryer

The breakfast was great! Big variety of food. The bed was confortable and the staff was nice and really helpful. Also nice view from the rooftop
No lake view from the room, even though it said on the room description that it had. The mini fridge in my room froze all my vegetables :(

The room was amazing and so was the service! Location was also really good, it’s a 4min. walk from the lake, and your surrounded by the city center; while still being in a quiet side street. This might just be the best hotel I ever stayed in, for 2 nights or less.
There weren’t really any points I disliked to be honest.

Well-situated for my needs (a few minutes walk to bus station and Avis; numerous nearby restaurants). On street parking immediately outside. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Appreciated variety of pillow sizes, comfortable bed, hot water boiler for tea/coffee, good lighting, screen windows to keep bugs out, and spacious bathroom.
