the wardrobes need more maintenance , need to include more fruits on the breakfast

We had a very, very nice 3-night stay as part of our longer visit to Israel. The room was extremely comfortable, with a large bed, robes, big TV, with a beautiful lake view from the balcony. We very much appreciated the bottle of wine, chocolate, and fruit basket left in our room. In addition, the hotel manager gave us a coupon for a free hotel dinner the first night. The breakfast buffet was expansive and very tasty. The central location makes it easy to quickly travel to either north or south on Hwy 90. All in all, highly recommended.

There is no designated hotel parking, although there is a large paid lot adjacent to the property. There is some street parking, but that also, requires payment via the Pango app.

I loved our clean and spacious room plus friendliness/helpfulness of the staff. Breakfast buffet was great. The lake view from our balcony was stunningly gorgeous due to the compound effect of the Lake's tranquility and historical significance. We also loved the boardwalk, variety of restaurants and shops nearby. A little boat ride we took was an extra bonus.

Sounds of the music from the boardwalk might be a bit too much in late evening, but in all fairness it is not really the hotel's fault or something the hotel has control over. Just something to be aware perhaps...

The hotel is in a great location, just steps away from the beach, restaurants and shop. Food is excellent, with a variety of salads, breads, cheeses, fish and beverages. They even prepare omelets to your taste.

A lot of unfriendly people by the entrance. I understood very soon after I arrived that most of the people who stay at this hotel are Jews, and a couple of times my sister and I, both Hispanics were asked if we were staying there.

The room was really nice with a beautiful view. Clean and big. I like that we were on a high floor. The food was really good and the restaurant staff were really nice. We didn’t pay for Dinner originally but ended up wanting to eat dinner in the hotel and the restaurant manager gave a great discount and the dinner was really good! And because it was the Shabbat we were able to check it at 16:00 with no extra pay which was really nice since we came from the Center. The lobby staff were really nice very helpful 24/7. Over all great experience. Really loved our stay.

Check in was a little frustrating. Several people were impatiently waiting for rooms before us. A minor quibble was I had booked two twin beds, and after finally getting our rooms, which I once again confirmed had twin beds, discovered they put the twin beds together and made it one. We resolved it easily, however.

The hotel was in a great location and the room we picked had an unbeatable Kinneret view.

The staff could have been friendlier.Just a smile would be enough. Most were preoccupied.The exception was Hamad on reception.

Super friendly staff, lovely spacious newly refurbished room. Location right on lake and close walking access to town and sites. Hotel has a lovely scented foyer. Fast elevators. Huge delicious breakfast buffet. A really lovely and pleasant stay. Thank you Leonardo Plaza Hotel.

Great staff. I needed a room at last minute and was accommodated immediately. The rooms view was incredible looking at the kinneret.

the room keeper was very friendly and forward coming.

Our daughter had to leave early on day of departure, at 7.00 h in the morning. In order to have breakfast, we ordered a breakfast box the evening before. She waited from 7.00 - 7.15 in the morning for the box, talking to the receptionist. Then she left without any breakfast. We received the box instead, much later. No apologies of the receptionist. She was not friendly and blamed the kitchen.
