The check-in process at City Stay Tiberias was exceptionally smooth! All communication was conducted conveniently and quickly through WhatsApp and Booking.com's messaging system. We received all the necessary information in an organized manner, including precise instructions about parking and entrance to the complex. The staff made sure to send us all the required forms, so we could fill them out comfortably from home. Entering the complex was simple and convenient - we found the key left for us in an envelope exactly as arranged in advance. What was really successful was the parking arrangement - they configured our phone number in the system, so throughout our entire stay we could easily enter and exit the parking lot using our mobile phone, without needing any additional keys or remotes. The whole process was perfectly organized, and we received clear instructions about using the unit's facilities and useful recommendations for the area. This is truly an excellent example of how self-service can work perfectly when well-organized in advance. We saved valuable time and felt complete independence - exactly what we were looking for!

The only downside to our stay at City Stay Tiberias? It was too short! We should have definitely booked for another night or two. The great location and overall experience made us wish we had more time to enjoy the area.

Despite being located right in the city center, the moment you enter the complex you feel the peace and tranquility. The accommodation unit is smartly and compactly designed, with everything you need but without unnecessary hustle. The staff is available when you need them, but doesn't overwhelm you with unnecessary presence as sometimes happens in large hotels. This is exactly the perfect place for those looking for quality accommodation in Tiberias, but prefer the quiet and homey atmosphere over the bustle of large hotels. We've definitely found our place in Tiberias

Only one small thing could have been improved - it would have been nice if some milk for coffee was provided in the unit. But thanks to the excellent location, this wasn't really an issue - I just went down to the store located a few steps away from the complex, bought milk, and so we had exactly what we wanted. This is an excellent example of the advantage of the central location - everything you need is right at hand!

A wonderful experience in a perfect location! We stayed at City Stay Tiberias and enjoyed every moment. The location in the heart of Tiberias is simply excellent - right in the center of all attractions. What really enhanced our experience was the private parking that comes with the place - it saved us lots of time and hassle searching for parking in this busy area. The accommodation unit itself is clean, well-maintained, and inviting. The staff is friendly and professional, and the unit is well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The balcony was particularly useful for us as smokers - providing a comfortable open space where we could enjoy a cigarette with ease. The location is simply perfect - a few minutes' walk takes you to the beautiful promenade and the Sea of Galilee. Right below the unit, there's a nice café that's perfect for breakfast or morning coffee. The area is full of convenience stores, diverse restaurants, and shops of all kinds - all within walking distance. You can leave your car in the parking lot and simply enjoy everything Tiberias has to offer on foot. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a comfortable and quality place to stay in Tiberias. We will definitely return here on our next visit to the area!

The fruit and candles left out for all was a lovely gesture. Enjoyed talking with the owner. Also appreciated the owner bringing us a hand hair dryer.

It is a difficult place for seniors. There is a step in and out of the bathroom and very dangerous steps in and out of the parking lot. Also we had no idea what to do with the key when we wanted to leave.

Clean, comfortable and central! The City Stay Tiberias unit excels with its prime location - minutes walk from the Sea of Galilee and promenade. The bed is extremely comfortable, the unit is spotlessly clean, and the self check-in saves valuable time. Significant bonus: dedicated private parking.

Very helpful instructions for arrival and check-in. Owner stayed on the phone with me to ensure that I took the right turns. On a back street near the market. Good to have a parking lot available. Several steps to navigate to gain access. Fine for a night or two in the center of town.

It was a lovely accomodation, o a great location in the center of the old city (with parking facility). The boulevard and interesting sitea are on waling distance. The owner was very friendly and helpfull.

it would have been nice if the tables by the bedside had tops ( they had been glass, but it was missing) and the grungy purple pillow did nothing for the room. if you put a removable cover on the decorative pillow it could easily be kept clean.

The location in the heart of downtown Tiberias is very convenient, especially since it includes free parking in a gated lot.
