the staff was amazing. they took care of us like we were royalty. the location was exceptional, right on the boardwalk with water sports and scooters available for all ages. there was an amazing church next door that was one of the best we’ve ever visited. the boardwalk was full of treats such as gelato and cold drinks. but this wasn’t necessary for us because our hotel provided all of this at better rates. the hotel management is also second to none. there is also a great laundromat in the hotel parking lot. they did our laundry and took it to the front desk where it was delivered to our room. I’d like to say thank you to the Caesar Premiere for a wonderful stay.

one of our rooms had full sunlight and was slow to cool but the hotel manager provided us a fan which made it comfortable.

As much as we loved our stay, we believe a few improvements could improve the experience. It would be wonderful if the pool hours could be extended until 7-8 PM, as an evening swim would be quite refreshing. A policy to leave shoes outside the kids' playroom would also ensure cleanliness and hygiene. Lastly, a small waterslide in the pool for little ones would definitely add to the fun.

The rooms are large, clean and well furnished. The lobby is very nice and comfortable. Bathrooms are clean and nice. Both inside and outside pool are nice. The outside pool area isn't very large but it felt totally fine. The restaurant is very pleasant. Large variety of food and courses for the meals. Each and every person working in the hotel, from the reception to the restaurant has been friendly, helpful, listening and generous.

The TV in the room was interrupted because of an internet connection failure and we had to request help to fix it and this happened every day. The salads in the restaurant were too heavily seasoned. The gym's equipment is quite old...

The staff is friendly and give excellent service. We were offered a few extra perks and gestures without extra charge. We enjoyed the meals and the swimming pool. Parking under the building is very limited, so we needed to park outside but the hotel provided us prepaid parking tickets at their expense to place in our car windshield (however, it's important to remember to turn on a parking app for the morning of check-out because the hotel doesn't pay for that extra hour). Comfortable lobby for sitting and enjoying a hot tea or other refreshment.

The elevators are small and fill up quickly, especially when passengers have luggage - you may need to wait 2 or 3 times before entering one. Also, we were able to hear the TV from the room next door which was not welcome.

While our stay was near perfect, we do have a few suggestions for enhancement. Extending the swimming pool hours to 7-8 PM would be delightful. For the kids' playroom, a rule for guests to leave their shoes outside would contribute to cleanliness. A mini water slide addition for the younger guests would certainly increase their enjoyment. I wasn't expecting much because I read some reviews that were not positive, but my husband and I were pleasantly surprised and we enjoyed our stay.The room where we stayed was renovated, with good views of the lake. The staff were all professionals and efficient. The food was delicious. There was ample space in the lobby to chill out. The spa was great, and the indoor pool was fantastic. I had a massage by Gabriel--highly recommended!. The outdoor pool likewise was great. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

The hallways and the painting inside the room were kinda tired and old.

We had a wonderful stay at the Caesar Premier Tiberias hotel. We stayed for four days, and the absolute highlight of the hotel was its very friendly and professional staff, especially at the reception desk, who went above and beyond in their effort to make our stay as pleasant and welcoming as possible! We received a room upgrade at check-in, and were offered a free dinner on a night of our choice. Also, on the day of check-out, we could stay in our room the entire day, using all the facilities, including the lovely indoor and outdoor swimming pools overlooking the Lake of Galilee and the palm tree lined promenade. The hotel has an excellent location right on the Lake of Galilee, and our room had a beautiful view from the balcony. There were several nice restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. The hotel breakfasts were nice, and the dinner and breakfast for Passover were simply amazing! Both the variety and the quality of food at Passover were outstanding, it seemed like a Horn of Plenty has opened over the restaurant. Overall we would highly recommend the Caesar Premier Tiberias hotel for a holiday stay at the Lake of Galilee.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and the reception staff made us feel very welcome.

Great customer service! They treated us like VIP. We have a complementary chocolate, apples and two bottles of water when we arrived at the hotel. We also gave us free one lunch. One thing I appreciate more is when the staff in the lobby called me and asked if everything was okay and if we are enjoying and indeed we did enjoyed staying in the hotel. We liked also the mineral water swimming pool at the -2 floor. We Had fun! Thank you so much!

My husband didn't enjoy much the food. But overall stay, it was great.

The receptionist was very kind and spoke good English. Dinner buffet was very good, so was the breakfast buffet. Armbands were given to indicate that we were hotel guest when we arrived at the hotel, but I think the color showed that we had dinner and breakfast included, so we could just walk into the dining hall which was very nice (and a bit confusing). We could just park our car in front of the building and a parking ticket was given to us for free. We also got a voucher for a coffee and cake for free to use in their lounge. It is situated right next to the water and you can easily take a stroll along the promenade. Overall we had a really pleasant stay. It was expensive for us, but dinner at other places could easily be more than €50 in Israël, so that plus breakfast compensated a bit.

We had a room for 2 with a balcony, however it was positioned on the North-West side of the building so part of our view towards the sea of Galilee was blocked by the protruding elevator shaft. It is situated right next to the water, however (in our short stay) we couldn't find a place where we could swim or put our feet in the sea of Galilee. Expensive (for us). We booked including dinner and breakfast for 1 night for ~€250.

Nice hotel right on the waterfront. Pool and spa clean and quiet when I visited Buffet dinner and breakfast offered a nice range of food although as always the breakfast cereal was distinctly cheap and artificial looking. helpful staff especially Rafaela who helped us when our car battery went flat overnight.
