We had an absolutely wonderful stay at your hotel! This was our second visit, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. We stayed in Leonardo Hotel Tiberias Absolutely love this hotel, we coming back every year,mostly because the staff and the manager Amnon that are take care the guests ,his staff is very friendly and helpful with any requests Sonia from the dining room are very friendly and professional including Nael and Haled especially we enjoy the varied food and the pool are so relaxing We definitely come back soon

We arrived for short time with the kids in quite stressful situations, from the first moment in the check in the stuff make us feel really good and welcoming and because the open pool was closed they send us for free for the close swimming pool 10 min from there. All the beach 10 minutes from there by car and close to the town.the dinner and breakfast was really good and a specially the stuff was really nice and welcoming. Kol ha kavod 👏

Beautiful location. Super friendly staff. Hotel manager Nati gave me a big room with a gorgeous view of the Galilee Sea. That was a big plus for me. Nati was exceptional and a highlight of my stay. Thank you.

Highly recommend anyone visiting Tiberias to stay at this Hotel. From when we arrived, the staff were all so friendly and helpful, especially Neil. He made sure we had everything we needed. We were blown away by the kindness of the manager Natanel! He was extremely helpful and kind. We never had such an experience before. Nati showed us around and helped organise our stay in Tiberias. We were upgraded to a deluxe sea view room and had the most beautiful view of the Kinneret. The breakfast was amazing and so well prepared. Food was very tasty! The view was great. The value for money was good. The elevator was quick. Breakfast was good. The bed was confetable. We saw the lake from the bed.

No parking on site, need to park at the street, need to pay hourly rate, or park far away.

- Breakfast was really good and in general well balanced and varied! Just the coffee machines are not so good, the coffee does not come out as hot as it should and the flavor so so... and when bigger groups are at the dinning area, they are so hard to access! - Rooms were really spacious and clean, and I was given a good upgrade for what I asked through Booking! Beds were clean, comfortable and good pillows! - So grateful for the chocolates, water and wine given =) - bathroom was good, missing the magnifying mirror with light, and the balancing of the cold and hot water was a bit tricky, to get to a middle temperature, - HOSPITALITY of Manager and staff was pretty good! Nati the General Manager really made sure our stay was pleasant making sure our needs were met and providing a quality and amicable service in general, great cappuchinos at the reception area!!! we also appreciated the parking space in the Hotel We enjoyed our stay and would love to be back!
