Breakfast was excellent. The lady in charge was really nice to talk to. The front desk staff were polite and accommodating for us. We asked for and received an additional chair in our room, which we required for meals in our room.

Some things in the room did not work as they should. We mentioned them to the front desk and were assured they would be looked at. We did not expect them to do anything while we were there but it was nice they acknowledge them. One was the fridge (it did not close or stay closed). The nightlight in the bathroom did not work (we had our own lights so it wasn't an issue during our stay). I understand they changed it as we were leaving :).

Park right outside the door, excellent breakfast, clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Great for me and my dogs. Special shout out to Doreen the breakfast attendant. Great coffee!

There is a homeless situation in Prince Albert. Not much the hotel could do about it, perhaps put a fence around the property and hire security . There was broken glass that I drove over. I asked to have it swept up . The front desk attendant said it would have to wait till morning to be cleaned as he was alone. Actually, after this, the front desk attendant didn't answer our calls for other questions

The breakfast was really good this time around. Last time it was just after COVID so we weren't expecting much. The ladies in charge of the breakfast were exceptional and very personable, as well. I was sorry to find out they might be losing the waffle machine in favour of a automatic pancake maker as I think the latter is an inferior product but I understand their reasoning. Overall, excellent.

There was a baby in the room next to us that woke up very early in the morning and woke us up. This was not the motel's fault so we do no assign any responsibility to them. It did affect our complete enjoyment, however, so I mentioned it. Also, we believe that somewhere there must have been smoking in a room because there was the odour of cigarette smoke filling up the washroom. We are unsure of which room it came from but it was nasty. Again, not the motel's fault but they should know about it, too.

Great breakfast. Property was in excellent condition.

Request for a cot was not followed up. Luckily we were able to use an inflatable mattress which we brought with us. The cot was requested through Booking.com but this was obviously either not passed along or ignored by the property. Room 102.

Breakfast is good for a continental, there was enough food - didn't run out. I like the pastries and coffee. The staff is friendly. I love the separate balcony entrance to my room so convenient for letting the dogs in and out! I like the fridge and microwave - handy for your own food and drinks.

The carpet was damp - so they must have shampooed the carpet from the last stay/pet. I have 2 dogs so really can't complain. My dog spilt his water and when I used the towel to mop it up the dirt coming out of the carpet was excessive and gross. There was a dirty hand smear on the closet next to the bed - a bit suspect - I just stayed away! Maybe have tile in the pet friendly rooms. The room next to me exceeded their guest number - there was a family of 8 in 1 room! They were coming and going all night and slammed the door every time. As a result my dogs barked - sorry to the room next to me! Housekeeping did not make up my room on the first night - I needed fresh towels. The beds are hard. While I like a firm bed this was too hard even with the thin mattress topper.

like the fact that the staff were very friendly & made the hotel worth coming back to

the sliding door should have the card opening it or an individual key.

Well maintained hotel in Prince Albert, it was easily accessible. We had two comfortable rooms with necessary amenities. Parking was close to the rooms and well lit.

Room walls seem to be not enough sound insulated, we could hear loud talks from outside late at night.

Privacy was perfect, and no fuss checkout was through the roof , great. I mean, its a huge security deposit, but i received it all back. And was very happy with that.

You need an exercise/fitness room with treadmills and bikes. I'm type 2 diabetic and need to walk as part of my doctor ordered health plan. I do not feel safe walking this time of year due to melting ice, slippery areas, etc.

The most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. Huge, spacious room. The inclusive breakfast selection was way above my expectations, and the staff so welcoming.

Highway 2 can be noisy through the night, but even so I slept like a log.
