The owner went out of his way to make sure I had everything. The place is new, clean. Coffee maker, a kettle and numerous snacks were available in the kitchenette. Parking is within a short walking distance, which is a plus!
If I must comment about a negative feature, it would that the bathroom was across the hallway, but that’s not such a big annoyance. I was practically the only one in the area of the building, there was no issue.

More than anything else, I appreciate the kindness of the owners. They warmly welcomed me and were always ready to help me, which made my stay in Narni so wonderful. The room and bathroom were big and clean. I enjoyed the breakfast, which included a variety of breads, cookies, juice, yogurt, fruits, and coffee. The location is great for a short walk to the center of Narni.

The location is great, the room very nice, and Emmanuele was super friendly and communicative. He was also able to get us a parking space right under the windows in our room, and arranged for the parking pass needed for parking in the historic center!

Great position,down the street from main piazza Very good variety of breakfast food and good restaurant nearby Hosts very helpful
Minor issue was a sticky front door lock.

Fantastic small apartment very clean and comfortable
There wasn't any bin for the compostable rubbish - other than that, all was absolutely great
