Breakfast was excellent. Pankaj and his staff looked after us very well House keeping gave good advice on laundry which was brought to our room Hotel location is excellent facing the sea and front garden area was superb where one can sit and relax and enjoy the sea views Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Berkeley in particular was very helpful

Staff were very good and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Probably renovated recently. Bathroom was very nice and clean and new looking. Shower was very nice; powerful. Food was ok. Breakfast was excellent; mainly south indian. Location was excellent on the beach road.

They could do and small improvements in the bathroom layout. They took our feed back positively

We had the perfect room at the front of the resort so that we could see sunrise to our left and sunset to our right and the waves rolling in all day in the lounge chairs provided. The room and bathroom were comfortable and of a good size. Restaurant food was delicious and we ate there for both breakfast and dinner. Staff were all very pleasant. Having books available to borrow is a bonus for travellers keeping luggage to a minimum.

Starting to need some maintenance. The pool lounge cushions were all a bit worn out and tiles were coming off the pool floor. Minor issue though. Outside windows could do with a clean but with the salt air coming off the ocean I understand they would be cloudy again really quickly.

The location was excellent. A bit of a walk to the main attractions but that was OK. Swimming pool was lovely and a great facility for the heat of the day. Restaurant served good food.

The bedroom windows could have been cleaner. The bar claimed to have a wide range of whiskies but no gin., no tonic and the range of beers was limited. The WiFi was poor.

I liked the sea facing front of the property. It is just a road separation from the sea side. Room was clean and service given was OK. Food served in their restaurant was fresh. Reception team was prompt to solve a reschedule request from my side

Restaurant area is too small to manage full day crowd in breakfast time. It was difficult to find a place for 3. SPA is closed. The room I stayed was having couple of issues but was fixed when contacted room service. Expectation is prior to deliver to guest those things could have been checked. There was a electro mechanical noise throughout the night causing disturbance of sleep and no fix could be done the message I received. Check in and check out time is bit odd

The grounds and the location is excellent. It is a beautiful hotel with many facilities.

Maintenance seems to be a bit poor. We noticed there was a lovely tennis court to the side of the property but it was disused, which was sad. Also there was a games room which seemed to be locked .

Very nice resort, with comfortable bedrooms and a pool. Good selection for breakfast. walked to beach for sunrise, there is an observation tower which was good, but we also walked to Cape Comoron where the views are just as good and there are lots of stalls and activity. Really enjoyed our very short stay at Sparsa.

Sparsa met all our needs.

breakfast was on chargeable basis, food is tasty, location is almost 1km from centre but in front of beech and peaceful..swimming pool was ok ok

one of our room AC was not cooling much and fridge too not cooling...outside area is big but not utilized, indoor games room AC not working.

We booked without breakfast and finally decided to have breakfast there but it was expensive,Rs400 they charged per person and refused to do room service(for breakfast). Except this we enjoyed the stay, lunch and dinner awesome of course breakfast was good except for the price. Location is awesome. Rooms are clean and compact but the beds I think its time for them to go for soft ones. Staff are friendly and polite since normally the kanyakumari district people are not that polite.:) Over all it is a nice place to stay.

The bar timings displayed right outside the Bar entrance were incorrect and woefully outdated, it seems. It ended up spoiling our entire evening as we had planned based on the displayed timings.
