staff was just SUPER, they treated us like royalty. breakfast was out of this world and the spring tub in the rooms was just exceptional. we really enjoyed our stay and will certainly return if the opportunity presents itself.

The various pools were more beautiful and luxurious than I was expecting, particularly at night with all the candlelights. I thought it was lovely that staff erected a large screen next to the main pool for kids to watch movies in the evening. The Japanese Style rooms were very comfortable, I have never slept in this style of room before. The private spa had a great view.

Breakfast was underwhelming.

The breakfast was served as a set with multiple choices. Everyone was amazed by the options we had. You could also order additional items from other breakfast set if you feel like to. The hotel staffs are friendly, warm, courteous, and with attention to details. The spa facility and the variety of pools are also very attractive facilities to the whole family group.

Our Japanese stype rooms located at the 6th floor. The appliances in the bathroom were slightly worn off, and might need repairment/replacement. A suggestion was made to the staffs and seemed well-received. We look forward to see the improvement next time we visit

I love hotel design and atmosphere

already second time live in this hotel and second time our room not super clean , first time was super dusty under bed and this time I saw some dust on surfaces and hair from previous guest 😖 breakfast not tasty at all , I ordered toast with smoked salmon and avocado but I barely could eat it 😢 also a big question why in hotel don’t have normal coffee ( coffee quality super poor), also no latte on breakfast , waiter offered me mix coffee and milk together 😖

Beautiful and clean with both hot and cold springs. Thank you for the free shuttle and good service.

My son did not like about having to wear the swimming cap.

Loved having the ability to have hot spring water in the bedroom to enjoy in private.

The breakfast was average. Three options - none of them tasty. All very unhealthy. I expected a buffet so I could select my own healthy breakfast. I probably won’t stay there again for this reason and will opt for somewhere with more options. Also need to try and separate couples from families. I had children yelling in the corridors every morning waking us up!

Great facilities, helpful staff, very clean and beautiful hotel. The Spa and hot/cold springs are fantastic.

Vegetarian option for breakfast would be nice.

Pretty design, with the best hotspring pool area to relax in. Loved our DIY workshop and the food and fireworks were good too. Immaculately clean.

I didn’t love the breakfast options, and would have liked to have robes provided in the room.
