Very close to family’s house. Location is great we always stay here it’s always been great. Not to happy with it this visit

Needs landscaping badly outside. Weeds growing all the way to top of building not being taken care of at all. I will Probably book another location next time if they don it Clean it up. Nothing like it was. I am afraid it will Close is they don’t get it better looking and take better care of it. Like I said was my fav place To stay. Close to family etc.

Had a problem with one thing while I been here. I contacted the manager Emily. And she fixed the problem asap! And was very sweet. She went above and beyond to fix the problem! And accommodated Us with no problem! The management on the property is a 10 out of 10!

Really quite! Great breakfast! Beds are really comfortable as well as the rooms!

Beds and pillows were soft and comfy. Room was big and had an outside back door access. The kitchenette was great

The pool wasn't open even though it is June! They were working on it. There was also a tree down in the parking lot that needs to b cleaned up

Excellent location with convenience to shopping and dining.

I reserved a regular king room and was placed in a handicap accessible room, which has no bathroom counter space. The security lock on the exterior door was broken and the TV did not work.

Excellent location and value.

The manager stayed on his cell phone rather than swiftly helping the front desk clerk check me in. My room was not marked clean and the clerk had questions about letting me check in.

Everything was good never been to this location before the entrance over did the rooms which the rooms was good but I expected more because of the front lobby and the website said you had a bar and the bar had been closed for 2 months other than that it was great it was clean

And the TV reception was the worst

I really liked my room it was huge 182 is the best room I believe that's the room that I would go back to the staff was awesome the restaurant was awesome the food was great bartenders are awesome and had lots of fun

Breakfast was good.

I did not like the television channels that were available to us. The channels were very limited and the vending machine did not work.

Location was ideal as the reason for our stay was to visit the Muscle Shoals Recording Studio. Restaurants were available and very close. Breakfast was varied and plentiful with ample seating available. Good parking available.

Nothing comes to mind.

I did not like the idea that the manager or who was over everyone made a women work with the flu. That was not right. That's what's wrong why people can't keep workers . They need to give that lady a time off with pay . For doing her that way.
