Great location in the town & had many well known restaurants all around it. It was centrally located near tourists locations there & the nearby towns. It was extremely clean & was back off the road enough to be quiet as well. We enjoyed our stay & got a great price. The hotel wasn’t new but a lot of effort has gone into keeping it maintained and fresh looking. Again, it’s extremely clean, had great linens , wonderful hygiene products and everyone was great from the office staff to the housekeeping staff.

There was not anything we didn’t like about it. It was extremely clean & well kept.

The staff was awesome. Amanda went out of her way to make sure i had a non smoking room. Despite your no smoking policy, 2 of the 3 rooms available smelled like cigarette smoke. I have a severe allergy. She was also in charge of breakfast, it was fully ready to go at 6:30 am. The facility was clean in all areas. Even the smoky rooms were clean, just smelled like a smoking room.

The floor in room 113 had loose flooring like it was water damaged. This is a facilities management problem, not a staff issue. The pool was not available as it was awaiting repairs.

Everything has been great here

I wished I had known it was going to be like this or before I booked my stay over at Budget inn and Lakeview because I would never want to stay that neither one of those motels I would have stayed here from the beginning because it's been wonderful the people the rooms the convenience everything is very nice I really love it I wish I could get the money back from both of the other motels that was at because I was treated like a piece of shit discriminated very much is the way I felt like they were discriminating against me hating against me and I would give all the money to this motel because they're being wonderful

It was quiet. Housekeeping staff were friendly and helped when asked. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was good. Lots of hotels have waffle makers but this was the first time I have seen a pancake maker, and they were awesome!

Room was in disrepair. Robe hook was laying on vanity. Bathroom door latch did not line up with strike plate, therefore door wouldn't latch. Cover for overflow on bathtub was missing screw and hanging askew. Flooring was warped and loose. Thermostat was way off on PTAC unit, had to set at 65 to maintain comfortable temperature, and boy was it noisy! There were no grab bars in bathroom, although room was supposed to be "accessible". Toilet was loose and rocked back and forth. On day of departure a roach crawled across bathroom tile. None of these issues affected our stay, but I expected better.

Loved the way the room was set up... Loved the location in Florence... Loved that the person there was training a new person so took the time to show them how to handle my booking which was something that the new employee had not done... Best lighting in the room I've ever had in a hotel and I have stayed in hotels in every price range including one in Florence that's 3 times the price here...

Need a sign at the main road because it's easy to miss... Had no rooms with a walk in shower that I could find... Need a better microwave the one in my room was not warming food well (which wasn't a big issue since I ate out most of the time but some don't)...

I like the room it was nice and comfortable from what I could tell everything was pretty clean in the bathroom it was a little nasty in the corners and the bathroom door was hanging off the hinges it was dragging the floor when you open the handle it was dragging the floor that should have been fixed before I had got that room if I had a new it was like that I would not have stayed in that room.

The area in the bathroom was dirty in front of the bathtub and the bathroom door was hanging they screws were all loose and the door was sitting on the floor there's no reason for them not to be able to fix that before they had someone to stay there..

We did not eat the breakfast as we were in a hurry to get to a baseball tournament. The room was basic but comfortable, clean, and surprisingly quiet even though the rooms opened to the outside near a highway.

We had no idea that there was not an elevator on site. The desk manager helped us get our luggage upstairs. We are senior citizens and I think it should be clear that rooms are not accessible except by stairwell. The room was clean and well maintained, the exception being that the Toilet did not seem like it was stable. It rocked.

Overall, everything was nice.

Check in at the outside window was challenging for me. The night clerk was polite and professional, but she often spoke as she moved around the office space rather than waiting to speak at the window. This made it very hard for me to hear everything she said.

Location to family

The first room we were in had a loud non functioning ac unit and artwork on the wall was torn/broken. I had reserved a first floor room since I was traveling with my 86 year old father and got a second floor room

The property was clean. we always take our own pillows but the bed was so comfortable. The water was good and hot. The shower worked great.

The tv didn’t work the entire time we were there. According to other renters most of Florence had no tv if they had been with Comcast. Thankfully we brought our laptop. The breakfast needs improvement.
