The hotel is located in a good location, safe and close to many shops, the rooms are spacious and beautiful decoration.

Ok, here we go.!! I would love them to be more strict with cleaning. First of all, they need to vacuum the floor very well. We found balls of hair under the beds and one of the sofa. Second, please shake or wash the curtains. They were full of excessive dust. When you open the curtains to Through the sunlight you can see the dust that is accumulated throughout the whole room, they need to clean the fans, I suffer from allergies and all that dust caused me an allergy that lasted for three days and also there’s not daily cleaning service

Loved the roof top bar, decor of the room, balcony to sit on with our afternoon cocktail. Property is wonderfully close to downtown restaurants. We happened to be there on a festival weekend so there were lots of things going on close to the hotel which was a nice surprise.

Pricey stay - but you pay for what you get which is a wonderful boutique hotel experience!

Entry to hotel not clearly marked. No elevator notification should have been prior to booking. (not a big deal--but for some it could be). Room should have more than one chair in it. Patio/deck should have 2-chairs, not the one it did. There was supposed to be a book about the horses in the horse themed room we stayed in. No such book.

Totally unique place. Rooms all one of a kind. With access to the great bar lounge and the quirky coffee bar downstairs, it's like having a huge resort space to yourself. Best location imaginable for the sights of Florence and the Shoals. Walkable to good restaurant options as well. Super.

Really nice design and re-use of an older building. Room was very spacious. Very convenient to downtown attractions. The music artifacts were interesting and fun to look at.

A little awkward entry. Staff were barely present and the main room and bar were depressing. The coffee shop next door did not have much to offer for breakfast.
