We absolutely loved the hotel. The room was so nice, clean and spacious. We were even able to check-in early and enjoy the pool right after we arrived. All of the staff was nice from the people at the front desk to the people in the bars and restaurants.

The pool bar was slow service. It was not crowded on the day that we visited. One of our drinks was not made correctly and we had to return it to have it remade. We also really enjoyed the food but asked for a to-go box from the girl at the pool bar, but she never followed through.

Was concerned by one of the other reviews I saw about the hotel not being up to Marriott standards etc. I booked right after the completion of renovations, and the hotel was amazing! Pristine condition, all facilities up and running, staff was very pleasant and incredibly accommodating. My mom asked if there was a way she could heat up something ordered earlier and they told her they would just bring a microwave to the room which we both thought was above and beyond. Pools were clean and the kids loved going back and forth between the inside and outside pools.

Food at the onsite restaurant, Swampers, was sub par, BUT it was the first night reopening after being closed for renovations, so it could very well be that they just weren't back in the swing of things yet.

The hotel was pretty nice overall. We stayed in a king room with a balcony on the 5th floor. The pool was very nice with a small walk up bar. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel called swampers. The food and service were both very good. There was also live music which was good. The rooms all have balconies with chairs and a small table facing the pool. The bathrooms were huge and nice. There is also a good coffee shop in the hotel.

You can't bring a cooler or outside drinks to the pool. Many people brought drinks in a yeti cup or tumbler. The pool also closed at noon on our second day due to a kid 💩 in the pool. So the next 9 hours it was closed til the next day. The resort is the only thing in this area. The town of Florence is a few miles away.

Amenities. My girls love the pool! It has all you need so you don't even have to leave, but if you do everything is close by!

Our toilet wasn't working properly. Which we ended up having to switch rooms due to flooding from upstairs rooms anyway.

Loved the room theme, the location was good, dinner ar the grill was awesome, atmosphere was smooth, relaxing, and laid back.

Didnt like the breakfast room service, the service was great. But the food was over cooked. And not as good as the dinner the night prior.. and the bed could have used more than three pillows..

Excellent location with wonderful views. Great staff and restaurant with nightly entertainment. The room was very comfortable and I love the music touches the hotel has in the room to celebrate the shoals music history!

Loved my room on the fifth floor ... it was beautiful. Every staff member I met was helpful and cheerful and a pleasure to talk to. The pool was awesome and the live music at the Swampers was so fun!

Beautiful and very comfy. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The pool was exceptional. Swampers’ breakfast buffet was excellent if a little expensive. Our room was clean and quiet. I had an amazing night’s sleep.

The cost seemed a bit excessive. The property is beautiful. I highly recommend.

The staff and the facilities were great. The bed after three nights was a little rough on the back.

Location, staff and generally a very nice stay

The bed and bedding are exceptional. Entertainment at the Convention Center was great, our food was delicious and a value.

Steps going to convention center were 46! No elevator available.
