Fantastic all around. Breakfast? Phenomenal!

We were local couple just needing a night away, and since we lived in town, we got charge an extra $250 deposit because of this we did get it back about a week after our stay. I understand why, and I would’ve understood more if we had a group with us, but not everyone that stays at your hotel and that lives in Florence is coming to party and all that. Will stay again though.

The breakfast options were better than I expected. Lots of choices and good food.

We got here around 9:30pm and no one was around, tried calling the hotel phone number a couple of time with no answer. After about 25 minutes a guy showed up and didn't even see us, we had to call out to him to get his attention. We were afraid after driving all day we would end up paying for somewhere else to stay.

My sister and I thought it was good breakfast choices. I almost always went for biscuits and gravy . We always like to stay in Florence. Convenient to places to eat and shopping.

I think overall the hotel could use a few updates, landscaping , painting

Love the location easy access to everything. Beds very comfortable, I love that Dove products are used, and lots of storage space. Everyone was very friendly. The breakfast was Wonderful with a variety of food items to choose from, and the hot foods were hot.

The carpet in our room wasn't as clean as the carpet in the hallway.

Easy check in. Staff was very nice and went out of their way to help us when one person in our group needed to use some tools to work on their motorcycle.

The toilet seat was loose and under the bathroom sink was not clean. No I didn't alert the staff.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast they served was extremely fulfilling. Stocked well and on time. Rooms comfortable and clean. Nice place to stay.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Location was close to lots of restaurants and stores. Breakfast area was clean and for was fresh. Staff was friendly throughout the stay.

The suite was spacious and well appointed. The room was well lit. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful.

The breakfast selections were limited. No fruit selections.

Good breakfast, nice room, clean hotel, close to local restaurants, Logans steakhouse was literally 2 minute walk.

Unfortunately the guest laundry washing machine was out of service.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating at all hours of the day and night. Facilities and rooms were very clean and comfy. Breakfast was good and simple. Would definitely stay again and recommend for others!
